WORST STORE MANAGER EVER! Negative stars if I could. I cannot believe how poorly my mom and I were treated in this store. When we walked in no one was around and we waited , she eventually wandered out of the back and acted like we were such a bother. I wanted to return something she said no returns all sales final. when I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. Are you kidding me??? Zero customer service skills, no knowledge of store policy. The only thing you can't return are blades and clippers. I even read the receipt to her. She was rude and mean. Never going back!

USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IN THIS STORE!!!The employees at this location are less than knowledgeable, and are more focused on signing you up for a credit card then mailing the statement and card to an old address, which you've updated in store multiple times. Not worth the hassle, especially if you have any sort of life lock type security on your accounts. It makes it very hard to pay your bill, let alone get a replacement card and cancel the one they lost.Myself and my friend whom this happened to have been long time customers of this store, and will not be returning.

If I could give negative five stars I would. The level of incompetence of the employees at this store is horrible.I rarely ever give a bad review, but this one is well deserved.They convinced me to sign up for their credit card, which was a big mistake. I have had perfect credit for close to 20 years and I never pay anything late. The day I opened the account was Nov 22nd 2023.I've yet to receive the card, or a bill. To say this store, where I signed up for the card has been even slightly helpful would be an understatement.Multiple calls later to their customer service department, I find that they put an old address on my account, which I specifically told them not to do. I gave them my current address multiple times and stressed that this is the address needing to be on the account.The address they ended up using was my parents house. Which has been a construction zone since last year due to a major fire, so now my card is lost, I have interest on the purchase, and could get a late fee.Customer service would not even address the issue due to no card and no bill. Even with my social security number, they always give me the run around about "security". So I have basically no way to pay said bill. Mail is rarely even delivered to my parents due to the construction.I'm hoping to get in touch with someone who can hopefully resolve this and either mail me a card to my address, where I have lived for over 10 years, or cancel the account. I'm not blaming their customer service department or their credit card. My mom has had one for a while with no issues. It's simply this store. If you are considering signing up for one, I'd suggest going to a different store, where hopefully people know what they are doing.

It's funny that the Black hair care products are in the location of the store, which is in the direct line of sight for the clerk. She didn't take her eyes off me the entire time I was there. I have never felt more unwelcome in a store. Put my purchase neatly back on the shelf and went home.

This store is a joke. I called she put me on hold and never came back. I went to the store at 6:45pm and they were closed when they are supposed to be open till 7pm. The woman was very rude. I will NEVER shop there again!!!!

Just stopped here and had over $40 worth of stuff and was told I couldn’t buy it because I was paying in cash. What kind of business doesn’t keep change in their register? I was told “we’ve only been open an hour” okay? And? As a business you should still have change for your customers. Absolutely unprofessional. If I could give this 0 stars I would. But I can’t, so I’m giving it 1.

The staff here is excellent!! They will help you with anything hair and nails. They're very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

Worst Sallys ever I even called ahead to make sure they had the items I needed got there and they didn’t the person I talk to you on the phone try to tell me that a lady came in a half an hour after they opened and bought all the items that I had asked for nice tray because I called you two hours after you opened then she tried helping by saying oh well you can just use this in place of what you needSo after I called a couple other places and couldn’t find what I needed and I finally decided that I would take the other item in place of what I actually needed got all the other things that I would need dad to the register ask for that item was she then decided they were out of that item to do not and I repeat do not go to the Sally’s

Whoever was working this morning (an older woman) was completely unprofessional. My mother tried asking her a question and the lady kept looking at her phone until she decided to look up at my mom and reply. When I asked very simple questions about a product, all she kept answering to each question was "I don't know" she was no help and had an attitude for no reason
