Had to get my son a new phone he killed his so when I get there grab a phone they get it all set up for him they put the screen protector on put it in the bag with the Charger and whatnot so when I get my bill they charged me 40 bucks for a screen protector little piece of glass you can get 3 for12 and they charged me $20 for the charger I'm up there in age every phone I've ever bought which I bought a lot recently came with the charger nice for them to let me know they were charging me for all this then when I called down and ask him about it totally ripped me off and it was pretty much F u we can't help you I'll be switching sooner or later here

Usually when people think about going to any phone store, it's not paired with a positive experience. I have been to this specific T-Mobile store several times for a multitude of questions in services. Each and every time my problem has been solved and customer service has been exceptional. I've never had to wait a crazy amount of time they are always honest and open about what my best solution to any problem would be. Kris and Darren have been the ones to help me every time and they are always spot-on. Their personalities are awesome and each time they deal with a customer it is with respect and efficiency. Glad I have something so close to home to depend on!

Walked in today with the intention of getting phones for myself and my boyfriend and pretty much walked right back out. The little boy with the emo hair should not be in customer service, he obviously didnt want to do any work. He barely looked up from his phone to greet us and when my boyfriend was asking him questions, he responded rudely without lifting his head. He seen me browsing phones and didnt bother offering any input. If you actually want help, go elsewhere. Ive been with Tmobile for almost 15 years and this was by far the worst service Ive ever received...cause there was no service. My bf has been trying to convince me to switch, this may have been the push I needed.

Although the employees at this store was great, as soon as we left we discovered the real tmobile. After many calls to corporate,, we never got service, and then got sent to collections for nonpayment of a service I never received. And again, this was after many calls and assurances that of course I wouldn't be sent to collections. But here I am, in collections. There is zero communication within their corporate departments and locations. Sort of dodged a bullet because their customer service is a joke. Now I get my internet through Verizon.

Beyond the fact they don’t even have a sitting area for my disabled husband or kids while I waited three hours to purchase two phone the store is scammy. Sold us two screen covers and we were supposed to get free replacements and 7 months later we have been back numerous times to get a screen cover replaced and every time they don’t have them in stock. Then they told us we were eligible for free phones but never mentioned it’s a two year contract without a contract deal and I would have to pay $700 to pay off the phones in order to close my account. Oh and their unlimited data is not unlimited. Everything they say is half truths. Stay far away.
