I'm so happy I decided to come here to have my hair done, first time and I'm very happy with my overall experience. I've recently lost about 70% of my beautiful thick long hair due to post surgical telogen effluvium. My hair is fragile now and super thin. I told my stylist, Myla, to take off what needed to be taken off but that I'd like to keep as much length as possible. She listened! Plus with the hair color I chose, I know it's bright and gingery, but I was adamant that's what I wanted. I even showed her a picture of the hair I wanted. She matched it to a T! Amazing. Myla was so sweet. She also did a great job at waxing my eyebrows, kept them thick like I requested. I'll definitely go back.

Appointment for today at 1230 stylist isnt ready till 1255 than tells me receptionist never said you were here!! Tanya was too busy complaining about her hours and the fact that she couldnt swap days with amother girl to another stylist for 30minutes before she allegedly let her know i was here! I arrived at noon! Specifically when booking appointment i let the receptionist know i had only a 3hr frame she said perfect guarantee youll be out no problem and that shed let my stylist know! Stylist knew nothing of this. Huge let down and crazy part is this isnt the first time this has happened to me here but will be the last!

Clean, bright and welcoming salon. Staff is Friendly, kind and helpful with questions. The salon is decorated beautifully, it's quite relaxing there. Highly recommend Starr, her nail art skills are awesome!
