I would put zero stars if there was an option. I placed a pickup order and by time I got home the bread was completely soggy and wasn’t even EATABLE. WILL NOT be going back to this location. I am severely disappointed and upset.

The oven broke at this location today. The staff were clearly overwhelmed with orders. The only bread they had was from another location.My one complaint is a choice the corporate location made (a while ago I assume). Although this location might accept the occasional coupon, most locations only allow deals from the app. I’m from a another part of Michigan, but it’s the same case there. Problem is, they were so low on bread (understandably so), the app wouldn’t allow customers to make subs with bread at this location today. I could walk in and buy two subs (without the by1get1 deal) and pay full price, but I couldn’t use the app. It’s the same amount of bread. They also do not allow you to get the deal without the app. My one complaint is the choice Subway made as a company - to only get a deal of you use the app.The staff here were overwhelmed, but making the most out of it.

8/7/23 Drive thru sign was on. Completely ignored at 8:54! Closed at 9. Then they turned sign off. Do better Subway!

The girl who was taking orders at drive thru was very rude!! I was simply asking if they served the BLT in the morning hours and she said “Yeah, what about it?” Then when I told her Nevermind she said “BYE” like seriously ? Who talks to people like that?

Subway is usually a good franchise no matter what town you visit; however, some stores are better than others. The store in Clio, Michigan is an excellent representation of what Subway restaurants should be! The store is clean and was attractively decorated for Halloween. The food was fresh and of great quality. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, efficient, and thorough! There were 3 young men running the store, and they were all great! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone!Vegetarian options: AvailableKid-friendliness: FriendlyWheelchair accessibility: Parking close to the door, and seating accomodations available

I have always had good, attentive service here. The staff listens to the customer and prepares delicious sandwiches per the customer's directions. The meats and vegetables are fresh. The fountain drinks are well mixed. I prefer Dr. Pepper and this is one of the few restaurants I can spend on to get the mix of syrup and carbonated water right. The restaurant is clean and has sufficient seating for dining in. The restrooms are clean. The staff decorates the premises for each season or holiday.

Quality was good, service was very good, and despite being quite busy. I got in during a relative lull, but as I sat eating in the VERY clean dining room (in spite of the business), I watched the employees calmly handle an absolute rush, dealing with special requests (includong adjusting cook times for pizza, which i didnt know they wou)d do for you), and still keeping the line moving. The quality and freshness was on par with Subway as a whole. They did run out of wheat bread, I believe, but more was already cooking.

Disgraceful and a waste of my time and money. First off the website to order from wants to force honey mustard on you if you want any mustard so I was forced to leave it off and apply my own mustard at home. Then when I actually get my sub unwrapped at home it's the wrong bread which changes the entire flavor of the sub and it tastes like black olives which I definitely did not want. So now I've paid 8 dollars and tax for something that I only got a couple bites into before deciding this garbage isn't even worth eating. Congrats! I'm never coming back. I don't have time to babysit. Make what people ask for and if you mess up, start over. Do better for those that do risk coming to your establishment

No one in drive through..and at speaker sat for 10min I kept saying hello and the girl said rudely.Sir wait a min..First I'm not a sir..Secondly finally pulled up to window and she had to take my order again...Workers are young and should understand people are on lunch breaks.That why we come though FAST FOOD DRIVE THOUGH...
