We have never had this problem with anything besides livestock feed but many times now we come in to buy a bag of our regular feed and they will be out of it. Idk what can be done about it but it is super frustrating. It would be one thing if it happened only once or a couple times but repeatedly this happens. I certainly would go ANYWHERE else to get it but there isn't anywhere that isn't much farther away.

I just used the dog wash station for the first time, and it was AWESOME! It's in its own little separate room with two stations. They provide soap, towels, an apron for the human, a blow dryer, brush, and nail clippers. There was a bar over the wash area with a cable for holding the dog in place, and you can slide the cable back and forth to turn your dog. So, so much easier than bathing my 80- pound dog at home. Staff was very friendly and helpful, also. My only suggestion would be a hook to hang my coat. This will definitely become our new normal for bathing.

Just returned a 90 dollar lawnmower belt. I had the receipt, the item in a tractor supply bag. The receipt was a bit worn, but the item was purchased a few weeks ago. The customer service person was having difficulty with the refund, which was frustrating to me because I had the receipt. She called up the lady in charge that told her to give me the refund so they could "get rid of me ". Mission accomplished. I or anyone I know will ever spend another nickel in your store. Your staff seams to reflect your corporate political stance. Good luck with that.

At the Clio MI TSC we have gotten a very rude girl who has checked us out on multiple occasions. We have spent a lot of money at TSC over the years with animal feed, medicines, fencing supplies, wood pellets, and much more. I will be calling the main TSC number and reporting this. The name on her vest is Lexi and it's ridiculous how rude she acts to paying customers - especially when our bills are consistently over $100!

I frequently shop and visit the Clio location for propane and any outdoor type of gear that I may need. Wide variety of products with fast, friendly, and great customer services with a good location close to the expressway. I highly recommend this business.

I called first the man went above and beyond to help me locate a store with the item I needed, even tho his location did not have it!!! When I arrived at the store another employee helped me locate exactly what I needed!! Very friendly we employees!!

Almost always have what I come in looking for, as was today. Their prices also seem to be inline with others selling similar products. Very seldom do I have to wait for more than just one customer checking out. Also have staff on floor for a quick question or help finding a product.
