EDIT: Changed from 3 to 4 stars. Drastically different customer service today. Extremely pleasant experience. Not leaving 5 stars though because I was informed today that the cost to print one black and white page if it is emailed over us $1.00 a page. These are shockingly high prices and not even close to what we've been paying. Sad to have to find a new local printing solution :(
Past Review:
Before the change in ownership, I could email documents over the day before and pick them up the next day no problem. I've never had to call ahead as the staff regularly checked the email and if I sent it after hours, it was available the next day and already printed when I arrived. I always include detailed instructions for printing. The last several times doing this I have to ask them to check the email when I arrive and they have to do the printing then. I was told today that it was lucky it wasn't deleted since it was from yesterday.... although they never printed it.
Poor customer service with the current staff.

Out of the few things that I have ever even shipped most had extra fees after the items were shipped. This store said one package weighed 300lbs . And charge me 1500 for shipping from Mi to Ohio (charged a week or so after it was shipped) , It was foam filled seat cushions I carried in over my head, I paid shipping for 150lbs or less to be safe. When I called to dispute it was very hard to get someone on customer service ,I still don't know what is being done I haven't received an email or anything,,, I will not be using UPS to ship anything else...

So far no issues here I’ve only been here to do an Amazon return. Was always done quickly when I was here since all they had to do was scan a barcode and they give you receipt and walk off.

Everyone is always so polite and kind there. Always greeted with a smile. Never had an issue with my Amazon returns or any other shipping/printing needs.

The manager of the UPS Store in Clio, MI is fantastic! Theresa is always helpful and kind, and she is very friendly, efficient, and professional! Today, I had to call to track a package, and Theresa got to work locating the package for me. She personally called the hub in Joplin, MO to verify that the package was there, AND she was able to confirm when it will be delivered! When she called me back, she thanked ME for my patience, and she was genuinely happy with my gratitude for her help! This store needs to be commended for its work!
