Thus UPS store is one of the best! They go above and beyond.i wish I knew the name of girl who helped me with a wrong adress on a package she took my number and called me back when it was picked up! She was awesome thank you!

Staff is always very pleasant. However I have been burned 3 times going off the hours posted on google. They are only open until 3pm on saturdays!! I have suggested the edit to the google page every time but its not getting updated.

Fantastic employees who are friendly & great at their job. The man who helped me today even looked it up on my phone today as Amazon issued a replacement not a refund. I have double vision right now due to brain cancer. I didn't drive there. Him doing that for me meant he cares about his job & people.!@@@He needs a big raise.

Shipped a package out of here to Canada, there was absolutely zero mention of additional import/duty fees. Turns out those fees are more then the initial shipping cost.In addition, the employees have no respect for their customers, and had to repeat myself 3 times when I gave them a "postal code" NOT "zip code". Bottom line, "worldwide logistics" only covers so much, common sense not being one of them.

I cannot thank you enough for going above and beyond helping me print a memorable keepsake of my grandfather for my mother's wedding.
