Great company backed by good customer service

Been with this company for 30 years!! They're tank rental fee has gone up to $200 a year, we don't fill every year and they wouldn't deliver a smaller tank..she said she didn't think they had one, she would check and get back with me..heard nothing . So I switched to another company which has much better customer service and so much cheaper!!

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They treat you not like a customer but like family. They not only help me with all my shop supplies, like coolant, oil, gas, diesel etc. But they also supply my house with propane because I live out in the country. They have always treated us very very fair. There prices are always the lowest around. I ran out of propane one Christmas ? day and they came out immediately on Christmas ? day and filled us up so the kids and wife didn't freeze. If you need anything as far as oil or fuel ⛽️ related this is the place you wanna use. ?

Horrible company with outrageous fees. When you stay on top of things they have the propane to you right away but when they know you are short they procrastinat to make you pay the extra. Blackmail really.

I love the company, they have fair prices and are fairly flexible. The office staff is absolutely amazing! Renee especially. They are always nice, polite, professional and helpful. As long as you have good credit you can order first and be billed later. The website isn't the best but thats understandable for a smaller business.The only thing I have ever had a problem with is the drivers. It might even be just one individual driver (if they only send 1 person out per area). But I do have to deal with an issue every year. Being rude to me or my family members, delivering the wrong thing or wrong amount of something, etc. I know its hard to find good help but I also think this one individual gets away with too much ?. Obviously its not enough for me to switch companies, I will even still highly recommend them to anyone that asks. But the bad driver(s) is why they are a 4 star company and not a 5 star in my personal opinion.

I am still trying to work with them so this could change. In short, I no longer need their service since natural gas was run through my neighborhood. I called Webster Gardner and they picked up my tank with 300 gallons remaining then advised they would not reimburse me for the fuel in the tank because of an agreement the homes previous owner signed in 2004. I purchased the home in 2017, applied with Webster Gardner for propane service but was never provided with a new agreement or advised of the 2004 agreement. They are not honest if this is the way they do business.

Terrible company to deal with. They charged me 25 cents a gallon more than everyone else I called. Their fees are totally ridiculous. They charge $200 extra for weekend deliveries and an additional $100 if you run out. They also charge a $20 fee for credit card orders over the phone. Other propane companies I called have trucks that run routes on weekends and their fees are half as much. This company is taking advantage of their local market. Will be switching in the spring because their service is so bad. They seem much more interested in charging fees for nothing than accepting money for propane deliveries. Call someone else.

I'm not even a customer... Webster still helped me. I called for technical assistance regarding fuel oil. Front office staff indicated they weren't sure and directed me toward someone who might know. A few minutes later Jason called me back and helped tons. Great people. Thank you again.

Just had a 120 gallon propane tank installed for my garage. The guys, I think Jason and Robert did an excellent job! Very thorough and knowledgeable, did a pressure check and initial startup of heater. Great customer service all around! Highly recommend!

I have been doing business with webster garner for iver 3 years now with multiple tanks on my property. Their customer service is amazing and they always work with me. The drivers went as far as checking my other tank to PREVENT me from accruing a $100 fee. First time I called them I was out heat due to boiler malfunction and they were out day of to get me heat. They says they operate on integrity and it shows!!!

You should help out your community during this time of need, when jobs and money are in such turmoil and people can't afford some things. Like waiving same day or line bleeding fees. which by the way is $100 each. For some people right now, the last thing on their minds is to be checking their tanks, they are worried about toilet paper for gosh sake. Just doing your part to help out would be appreciated. People will remember that after we get thru this.
