When I called in my refill I told the pharmacist I wanted to use Good RX instead of my Medicare part D which I had done a handful of times before. The pharmacist said okay. When I picked it up the employee told me Good RX was only for people without insurance. I informed him that was incorrect. Since there were several people waiting I didn't want to go back and forth anymore with the employee and just paid the extra $20. A couple of the pharmacists (not all) have been rude to me in the past. Time to switch for me!

Me and my friend were on our way to the local gas station for some tortilla chips. But allas when we arrived there was none to be found so we decided lets go to rite aid thinking they would have everything a customer would need. Upon arriving there we went to the chip aisle and low and behold there is the chips we desire. Our frowns turned to smiles once we realized there was a buy one get one feee deal. So we grab 2 bags of course utilizing this great deal but when we got ringed up the price was 2 bags our smiles faded to a frown as we payed for 2 bags. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!

It's a holiday weekend. It's two years after the pandemic and one cannot trust hours of operations on the internet. Businesses close randomly so one never knows what to expect. Today, July 3, I came into this rite aid at 9:56 am. The pharmacy looked half open. When I asked the pharmacist is I can pick up my prescription he snapped at me that they don't open until 10. Then I apologized and he rolled his eyes at me. While I was waiting for my prescription I could hear him on the phone snapping at callers! This guy is a DICK! This is a small town. He doesn't seem to understand that people coming to the pharmacy might not feel well and rude treatment is unwelcome. I usually love coming to this Rite Aid. Small town or not, I have other options.
