“I just moved in last Friday and over the weekend im not sure what's up with the bad reviews the office staff are awesome I had an issue with the garages they were right on top of it their fixing my garage door tomorrow my 2 bed apt is so nice and spacious plenty of windows the kitchen is so more modern than my new manufactured home in ohio i give them a 5 star rating”
“Nike the Maintenance man was very knowledgeable about fixing what was wrong. And I understand he is no longer employed here. I wonder if it is understood that in order to get GOOD help they need to be paid a better rate of pay. You get what you pay for. Cheap wages inferior employees. The good ones don't stay”
