“I had a flat tire and I had to call over 3 different companies in 3 different cities just to find someone to answer the phone. Coldwater auto center actually answered their phone and was super nice! I came in and they communicated with me very well. Most of the time when a woman comes into a auto place they don't get listened to very well. The staff was very professional and communicative. They listen to me and joked with me and just made the experience way better. Even though my tire was damaged beyond repair they made the experience better. Shout out to Jade and Diane.
