Brandon was very helpful when I called about my terrible service inside my home and poor loading outside of Wi-Fi. He not only corrected my problem but saved me 10.00 a month!!! My service is excellent now!!! Thank you Brandon

I would run from this store. From not having the phone they told me they had five minutes prior to my arrival, to the employee Brandon taking pictures of my drivers license with his PERSONAL cell phone. I found this out because I had to call boost on a 800 he gave me. I left my current phone in the car and had to use the stores. Which was a cordless black phone, not the blue cell phone he was taking pictures with. When asked why, he said “I dunno”. This is unacceptable, dangerous and could lead to identity theft and having your personal information sold. I will be reaching out to my lawyer for legal guidance.

Stopped in to purchase a phone for my son and I’m glad I did. I was very hesitant to purchase a phone for my teenager but the staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Chloe explained everything in detail and I knew I made the right decision. My son is going to be thrilled with his new phone! You also can’t beat the prices. Thanks again for all your help Chloe. Would definitely recommend this store.

I came in today to get my iphone 16 pro and let me tell you, Chloe went above and beyond for me. They have so many accessories to choose from! Not only that, the customer service I received would make me choose this particular Boost Mobile over and over again! My service being amazing is just the icing on the cake. Thank you!

Fake office hours. The store is there, the "open" light is on, it us within posted business hours. Store is locked up tight. Call the number and get the "number out of service" message.
No way to contact an actual person here.

I wanted you to know at Boost Mobile in Bay City, Mi. has a very helpful and kind employee who has taken the time to figure out my phone. I had no idea how to do anything on my new phone, and Tammy set it all up for me. She's one of the sweetest persons I have met in a very long time. Her skills are awesome and she goes above and beyond for you. Never lose this employee, she's a big benefit for Boost
