Coldwater Auto was great to work with. They got my car in quickly, figured out the issue without any hassle, and had everything taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and straightforward, and the pricing felt fair for the work done. Overall a solid, reliable shop that I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.

Had an overheating issue with my car and decided to take it to Coldwater Auto Service. Dropped it off and the next day got a text and call with a multi-point inspection (with pictures) showing there was a lot more wrong than I ever thought. They go out of their way to do quality work, keep you constantly updated, and super friendly to work with. I will always recommend Coldwater Auto Service to anyone. Good job Brian and the team!

Rip off!! My mom who's 84 took her car there for low beam driver side out. Took 2 weeks to be seen. After having the car most of the day they called it's ready. The problem was bulb bad, but they charged 1 hr diagnostic, half our labor and $193 for bulb. Total $407 to replace a bad bulb!!

Traveling to get to South Bend, Indiana for my Cousin Mike 9am funeral, my car's check engine light came on by Marshall on I-69 when my #3 cylinder started misfiring. I called Coldwater Automotive at 4pm Friday explaining my desperate situation. They were kind enough to let me bring my car in at 4:15 pm even though they closed at 5:00 pm. The Owner John diagnosed my problem as a bad ignition coil on #3, ordered part and installed which kept him and his wife 20 minutes past closing time of 5:00. John did expert work and charged a fair price. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. These two good Samaritans are angels. Thank you.

Stopped while on my way through, due to a strange 'whomp'ing sound coming from my front tire. The owner helped us take a quick look even though he was booked solid. He advised us that the tire belt was broken and we'd need a replacement tire. He directed us to a shop who would have the right tires in stock and could do the work right away. So friendly and kind, and diagnosed the problem right away! I could tell he really wanted to help us, and even though he didn't have time himself, he wanted to make sure we'd be able to get on the road again as soon as possible.
