They can't keep the internet up and running , for the last 3 days it keeps going in and out all day long. We should get discounts if it's going to keep it up. really need to work on it

The customer service is trash. Numbers listed on website pages aren’t correct for the “24/7” Help Desk. Lucky if they even answer or call you back. Water goes brown/ orange even in areas they are not “flushing hydrants” in. Water probably isn’t even safe to drink most of the time in certain wards because of this. You won’t be getting a notice when they plan to “flush hydrants” either. They’ll even lie to you about flushing the hydrants right outside of your house. Had an experience first hand with that! Expect issues the most with your water, tv, internet, and anything else through CBPU after 5pm or on the weekend/ holiday. They’ll keep raising the rates and lowering the quality of service.

Feb 22, 2023 5:25 PM The power at my street went out. The crew was very professional and the power on at 5 hours. The ice storm was very dangerous with the tree limb down and the employee got the job done.

The receptionists are all wildly unpleasant for no particular reason. Immediately defensive and combative when asked a question. Super unpleasant experience with Sue every time I spoke with her today, Glad I moved away from Coldwater and won't ever have to speak to them again.

March of 2022 will mark my two year anniversary of my move to Coldwater. During that time I've weathered multiple storms that have left customers of other energy providers without power for days at a time. I can say that since establishing my CBPU service, I have had 100% uptime. I'm glad to have CBPU as my provider.

the new skitter sucks if you wanted us to go to charter all you had to do was say so this keeps freezing up you get no setup booklet for the remote and you said 93 channels yes they are different numbers but you get the same program on 2 or 3 different stations you should have at least found o good setup very upset about what I was forced to do and only get 45-50 channels and pay for 93 plus 6.00 for each tv

They are the Best ,They answer the phone and I can Understand them :) also The Guys are awesome they came out this morning hooked up my Wi-Fi no cost ! thats not happening with any other Internet service..We need to support locally and it is very easy with CBPU..Charter give you a deal for a couple years then up the price they charge to come back and you talk to someone from who knows where because they sure aren't from here.
