Came to purchase a new phone. Staff explained options and I chose an upgrade. When this phone was brought out to set up on my account, the staff found that the phone was not working properly. He tried several different things but was unable to get it to work properly. He suggested I choose another phone and contacted Cricket on the phone to help. The phone I chose was $103 less than the phone I had originally chosen but did NOT receive due to no fault of my own or this staff person. When I contacted the district manager Jessica,, I received no answer for 4 days. When I finally called in and spoke to another staff person at this office, I was told I could not get my upgrade fee of $25 (plus tax) refunded to me. They asked me to call the worker and ask him to paay me the money out of his pocket!!! What???? This is beyond unethical...because their phone was defective and UNAVAILABLE for me to purchase....I still have to pay for an upgrade fee for a phone that I didnt get? Or else the poor guy who was working alone with a dozen customers waiting for service is penalized....all because he was honest and wouldnt sell me a defective phone!!! I am a loyal 10 year plus Cricket customer and this is how Im treated over $25. It is no wonder they cant get anyone to work in their stores...what a way to treat an employee who was only doing his best to give good customer service. This review will be going on as many sites as possible, as I think its important for people to know how Cricket treats their loyal customers and employees! I am beyond angry!

I switched to cricket today and am so glad I did !!! Destiny , Jessica and Ali went above and beyond to find every way possible to save me money. .. they were kind and professional and just all around amazing !!! Thank you !!

I was just there to day, I told few times I wanted to Transfer my current number and they take my money and I pay for service and they activated the sim there when they scanned it, then I talked to cricket customer service online to transfer my number from T-mobile service, they say I can`t since the Sim card was already activated with the new number, so a wasted 65.00, with a 25.00 activation fee, when you can just place order on cricket website and get free activation and free next day ship....also I called the number serval times and no one answers the phone listed for the store and goes to voicemail and says voicemail is full, stay way from this place.

Jessica the manager was amazing at getting all off my questions answered today!! She is a great asset the Coldwater store. Taylor who she works with is very good at helping also. Great girls in this office and this store is heading in the right direction. Hats off to these ladies!!

This place is amazing. Spent 2 solid days working with Verizon to try to get their wifi hotspot working. Eventually gave up and came here and bought a Cricket system and Austin got me set up in 10min flat. Works 100% - cheap and easy.

Went there and had a woman take $244 off my debit card said she couldn’t complete my order after all was said and done and I walked out empty handed as well as her saying she refunded my card yet no refund nor would she give me a refund receipt told me they don’t give refund receipts!! Well needless to say I’m out $244 and I will be contacting whoever it is I need to so she no longer has a job scamming others and being rude and not helpful whatsoever after the fact of my gf and I asking several times for Receipt !
