There is no glass doctor of Coldwater. No location. They have failed to update this info for over 5 years. Tricking potential customers into believing they're shopping local. When in fact, they are not. The workers come from out of town and often are not there at said time. Likely because they are hours away. Smh ?

This place is not located at said address. Not very professional. When I called them out on this, they said, well maybe we will just have to come and open an actual location. Really? Lol ok. Unethical for sure. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My insurance company suggested them to repair a small chip in my windshield. They said they would be here today Friday Sept. 29 , 2023 beyween 9am and 1pm which is a long time to have to wait. I asked that they also call when on their way. Its now 2:31pm and no one has showed up yet. I called and was placed on hold for 5 mins, then disconnected. I called back and the guy acted like he didnt even know i just called. I had to explain my whole story again. He said someone from “The Store” will call me right back. I waited 20 mins. No call back. Had to call them again and was told it may take a while for a call back. Finally at 2:30 i get a call back saying he will be here around 4pm. When i told him I’d been waiting since 9am because he was supposed to be here between 9am & 1pm, he said he didnt know that! I’m not happy with this place and I dont recommend it to anyone who values their time. Im still waiting. I hope their work is not as bad as their scheduling!

Reply: You must have misunderstood. It is not a matter of whether you serve the area. It is the fact you advertise you have a Coldwater Location when you don't. I have not brought up anything that has to do with you servicing the area.There is not really a glass doctor in Coldwater. Support small business. Shop local. That is all.

48 division isn't glass doctor. There is no glass doctor of coldwater. There is a glass doctor or Jackson that services coldwater. If someone runs their own business like this, imagine them working on your home is your car. ? Yikes! Why would someone do this? Really unprofessional.

Well I was told someone would call me to set up a measurement. Never heard from anyone. It is really hard to get things done here. It's like nobody cares about the customers and their needs. I live in Cincinnati and I never have that problem there. Usually I make a call and it gets done in a couple weeks. Here I try for a couple weeks to find someone to work. It shouldn't be this hard to give a business your business.

The folks at Glass Doctor really did a great job finding the back glass to repair my truck the same day that I called. We were on a long long road trip and leaving the next morning so we really did not have many options. Amazing Mary in Traverse City, MI combed the state to find a replacement, and was able to get one picked up and delivered from Livonia, MI to MT. Pleasant, MI (3 hours away) where Wally did an excellent job with the replacement. Thank you to everyone in between that worked so hard to get us back on the road. There are some really great people that work at Glass Doctor. They fixed my Panes, Let them fix your Panes? Thank You Glass Doctor!
