I am appalled at the prices of your DONATED items! Your shirts go for $5.99 each! Good grief! I can buy brand news ones at Walmart for cheaper than that. The jeans were ridiculously high too! Coffee cups…$3.99! Seriously? I will not be going back into your store. All my donations will be going elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been to this store a couple times over the years with my family, and the employees have always been very nice except last time I was there. One new manager in particular named Christine, she was very unprofessional in the way she handled me asking a simple question, getting loud with an attitude, as well as swearing in front of my children, she has acted this way multiple times since I’ve been in since the situation seeming to target me and my family every chance she gets, I won’t be in until goodwill shows they value customer service over very rude and poor management and respect their customers
