Every stylist in the Coldwater Location is the best around! Chelsea cuts my hair and she does wonders, she is very fluent and takes her time to make sure customers leave satisfied. Best price for a hair cut around Branch County! I highly recommend this salon!

Advertises walk-ins but when I showed up I was told it would be a two hour wait as I didn't check in online. The display showed a lengthy list of people who signed in online but none of them were there and the stylist was sitting idle. A cut would have taken 10 mins. I have come here before and they did a nice job but it seems foolish to ignore real business for online check ins who haven't showed up.Edit: I went home and figured I'd try the online check-in and it was disabled due to lengthy wait time. But the website said walk-ins still welcome. What?

Savanna is amazing!! I came in spontaneously 2 weeks ago wanting to get bangs (for the first time ever) and I was pretty nervous, but she helped me with different style choices and I absolutely LOVE my new hairstyle! I should have gotten bangs YEARS ago! If you are thinking about getting bangs, go for it! You won’t regret it????♀️
