Customer service was great. The reasons for my 3 star selection was based on... the elevators were down our entire stay. The pool was very cloudy, didn't see the jacuzzi that was in the advertisement, the breakfast wasn't the verity that was promised on the hotel website.

04/20/25 Very nice pet friendly hotel . Excellent location and excellent staff. Jacuzzi room (128) was clean with no issues besides the motor in Jacuzzi was louder than normal. Breakfast was really good compared to most hotels. Staff was very friendly and professional. We will definitely re-visit this hotel.
