Very disappointed the way that they choose to run the store blocking off the contractor entrance seems completely absurd. I’ve never been to a Home Depot that does this before also keeping the carts outside completely foolish and a waste of my time.

You can usually find everything you need at a fair price considering today's economy. Getting assistance lately is more difficult. Still my favorite place to go when I need tools or materials.

Don’t use them for home delivery. They use a third party. They notified us the night before we were scheduled us for 3-7pm. At 11am they called saying they were 10min away. We were 20min from home and they refused to wait 10min for us even though our appointment was for 4 hours later. Called the store and they couldn’t reach their own delivery company. They also still haven’t rescheduled it! I wish I had paid attention to the reviews here going back 2+ years saying how awful it is. I guess they also don’t care about fixing it because there are enough bad reviews here about delivery that they should realize they have an issue.

Stopped at the Coldwater store yesterday to shop for a new exterior door which they do not have on display anymore, you have to physically pull the box out to see them now! The lady working that area 6/22/24 @1pm-2pm was not thrilled when we wanted to purchase a door that was on a pallet up on a shelf that required a fork truck to get down. She got a bit of a attitude.

Delivery services on appliances are poor. Twice we did not receive our appliances on the scheduled delivery dates. We purchased the installation on our washer and dryer which came with dents inside. The delivery people were not prepared to install and make sure the washer and dryer were operational. Promised to be back on Monday today to install ASAP but instead have pushed back our installation service for another 5 days. DO NOT PURCHASE HOME DEPOT APPLIANCES IN COLDWATER, MICHIGAN.

Ordered a refrigerator to be delivered. Sat here all day on Wednesday then they said delivery was rescheduled to Saturday with no explanation. We were here and no one ever came.
Saturday we were told between 2:30 and 6:30 so on this beautiful day we waited for them at 5:10 I got a text they were two stops away at 6:45 I called the store, they said delivery had been moved to 7 at 7:30 we got a text that delivery had been rescheduled to Tuesday. We called the store and were told the refrigerator was not on the truck. So that’s probably what happened on Wednesday too.
When we purchased it we had them check and were told they had plenty at the warehouse.
We are not available on Tuesday so cancelled our order. Very horrible customer service!!!!!

Always have everything you may need. May be hard to find an employee to help, especially at the wood. But other than that, it's a good store for your home improvements. Checkout people are very friendly and helpful.
