If you’re in the market for an rv do not hesitate to stop by Kimble RV. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the rv industry and Jeff and Tom were very helpful and pleasant to work with. We feel that we got a great deal and the orientation when we took delivery was outstanding.

UNIT NOT AS ADVERTISED I was originally happy with my experience, but issues began 3 days after picking up my camper. The day I picked up my unit I asked Jeff to confirm the 200 watt solar panel was installed. Jeff assured me it was fine. Unfortunately 3 days after I got my unit home I realized the solar panel was not charging my battery. I had a friend climb up and take pictures of my roof to make sure the panel was plugged in. We discovered the is actually NO solar panel on the roof. I immediately called Jeff and sent pictures of my roof. Jeff asked if he could call me in a couple days. Afters several days and no return call. I texted Jeff and sent copies of the sales add stating that this unit had the panel upgrade installed. When he finally touched base with me. He told me he would ship me the panel and he would send a check to pay an RV tech to install it. This would be MY responsibility to find a tech. Over a month after picking up my unit and I still had not received the panel. I again called and left msg for Jeff to call me. After several days he returned my call and said he thought another staff member had ordered the panel and he would order it that day. I did finally receive the panel but it is only a 50 watt panel instead of the 200 watt panel. I am still waiting for the funds to hire the tech as. I am disabled and unable to climb onto this unit to install the panel myself. It has been over 6 weeks since I picked up my unit that was not as advertised and I'm still waiting on a return call from Jeff. Now my only choice is to buy the correct panel and find and pay an RV tech myself to get this panel installed if I want to use it. I am very disappointed with my experience.

So happy we found Kimble Auto and RV! Jeff and Tom have been amazing to work with. They got us into a beautiful new camper with a slide and kept our budget in mind the whole time. They even came in on a Sunday when they were closed to accommodate our schedule! They went through everything at pick up and made sure we were still happy moving forward! They are a family owned business and they go the extra mile which in todays world is hard to find. They were patient while we made our decision and not pushy. We couldn’t be happier with our upgrade and doing business with them. I would highly recommend purchasing your RV from them if you are in the market looking. Thank you Kimble RV you made our family very happy!

Family owned business! Loved the communication, the camper was perfect just as Jeff described. As 1st time camper owners he showed us how to work our popup and hitch it to our Jeep. Best experience ever!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I had bought a brand new camper from Jeff in 2022. This was my first ever camper. This camper is a lemon. The buying process was wonderful. But as soon as I got it home it has been nothing but issues. I have taken my camper back more times than I have been able to use it. Each time I call Jeff about the problem he almost dodges the call. I have taken my camper back to him for the same issues over and over. I had taken my camper back to Jeff for multiple things recently & got my camper back with even more damage. It now has water damage and the handrail to get into the camper is nearly ripped off. When I called him he didn’t answer but finally after calling many times he finally got back to me and proceeded to argue with me saying that couldn’t happen. Well it did. He is now refusing to fix it. I have called the manufacturer and they will be covering the warranty I paid for. This has been an awful experience & is now making me hate camping cause each time I find something new or something he hasn’t fixed. NEVER BUY A CAMPER FROM HERE

My wife and I drove to Kimble RV from the Dayton, Ohio area after negotiating a deal for a camper online and this was the best transaction of purchasing a camper from a dealer we have had! Jeff worked the paperwork, made sure that everything was included as far as accessories and even mailed me the key that I forgot to grab off the desk! Thanks Jeff! :D Everything for the entire transaction went great and Tom (The Barista :D ) wanted to make sure that my wife and I had plenty of snacks and coffee for the write home and took great care of us! Even after the sell, Jeff made sure that the title was transferred within the time-frame promised and I received everything in the mail as expected. Tom and Jeff made this an awesome buying experience and my wife and I would definitely make the drive again if we were looking to purchase another camper! Thanks again! Sincerely, Brett Bates

Jeff has been holding up the refund of our service contract since June 2023.
EDIT-After posting my previous review, Jeff contacted me and resolved the issue within a few days. Still not happy about the delays, but appreciate him getting it taken care of just days before Christmas.

I drove from California all the way up to Michigan to buy our new Shadow Cruiser 248 RKS, and I don’t regret that long trip at all. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Kimble, not only everything went smooth and easy but also Jeff went way beyond my expectations, he even got directly involved into installing additional safety components before I leave the place. I fully recommend Kimble auto & RV to anyone. Best customer service experience ever, too bad that I can’t give them more than 5 stars. I can’t thank them enough. Triple top service, extremely friendly staff. Bravo!!!
