Today, out of the 5 years I have used this pharmacy, I received the best customer service EVER from Max. If the entire staff could only be as kind and willing to help, that pharmacy would receive 5 stars everytime. THANK YOU MAX for being so great to me and covering every detail to help me. You deserve an award! Kindnessstill exists.

Very rude. And treat customers horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. Thank goodness this is the last month with them. I have switch to a mom and pop pharmacy.

The pharmacy doesn't listen when you're trying to explain something. They are incredibly rude and constantly push customers around from one counter to the other counter without actually serving a customer.

Meijer in Coldwater is my favorite place to shop. I have always found the employees friendly and helpful. I especially love the new checkout . No more waiting in line to be checked out!

Have repeatedly asked for NO AUTO REFILLS. Repeatedly auto refills are done and we get a different story every time. If we are unaware the refills have been done, we sometimes have to make a special trip to the pharmacy (20 miles round trip) to pick up the prescription(s) before they are returned to stock.
Some persons may appreciate auto refills, but we do not.

Only ever have problems when Im dealing with Ruth. She didnt close my bag and had it upside down so when i took it out of the machine all my meds dropped to the ground. Ask her to do my mperks on my bill and she doesnt. She is rude and causes unpleasant experiences EVERY time. Told me to get out of her line. Like seriously? What a joke. They never keep my discount card on! Everytime its another, "youll have to wait an hour for us to fix it." Who keeps switching it!? Get it right people, this is a terrible pharmacy. Someone please fix this problem and do something about Ruth.

Constantly out of medications. Don't matter what it is. Some staff members are great others not so much. Only certain ones will apply the discount card if you don't have one..

Called on Friday after my doctor sent my prescription over and they said to call back in an hour and they should have it ready. Called back and was told they didn’t have it in stock. At this point it was 5pm and my doctor was closed. I asked what I was supposed to do until Monday when they said it would be back in stock and was told they could do a 5 day partial refill. Called yesterday which was Monday when they were supposed to have the remainder of my prescription and was told they didn’t have it. I have to go out of town for a funeral and was expecting them to have it since I had 2 people tell me it would be ready by Monday at 5pm. Now it’s Tuesday and they still don’t have it. This pharmacy is awful! I can’t go without my medicine and I can’t transfer my prescription since they did a partial refill. They screwed me over big time. Also very rude employees, specifically Mackenzie. ?
