Odrens Auto provided excellent service from start to finish. The shop was professional, efficient, and very thorough with the work on my vehicle. They communicated clearly, kept me updated, and finished the job when they said they would. It’s clear they care about both the quality of their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be returning to Odrens Auto and recommending them to others.

My friend took his truck to this business, not only did they have his truck forever but definitely gouged him for the minor services he received, plus not to mention it wasn't fixed properly either. Horrible service..

Dropped vehicle off after hours on a Thursday via tow to a pretty full parking lot. The fine folks at Odrens were able to squeeze in this stranded out of towner and get me back on the road late Friday afternoon. Even sent a car to pick me up. Top notch service, would absolutely recommend.

Just really good people..Kevin was my mechanic when I brought in My 2019 f 150 bc I feared I was having a transmission or differential noise issue we kept the truck there at the shop for two nights trying to listen for the noise I complained of in the meantime Kevin had test drove the truck and did not find any issue...today I come back after work and he had asked me to start the truck again and finally the noise made itself known and Kevin knew what it was and told me that is normal it was the timing chain slack adjuster doing it's thing and I was relieved! Odrens did not charge me for what they did..they treated me with respect even though my truck wasn't going to need any repair. This was my first time at odrens and I left there happy and impressed with how I was treated there is a lot of integrity there bc they could have told me the worst and I would have believed them. I really appreciated that. So I recommend odrens for you auto repair needs thank you Kevin!

Went in and.waited in lineto get a difficult-to-find key copied, and the lady up front rolled her eyes at me and told me it would be a while before she would be able to check because she was busy. Having left me standing there feeling like my intended purchase wasn't worth her time, I left in lieu of keeping her from providing service to customers with more substantial. I left three stars because I still have faith that they're as good as their reputation, although my experience was far less stellar.

My brake pads decided to wear down on the front, and I went here because they had very good, very consistently good, ratings.They were super! They diagnosed the problem and I thought it was the end of the world, but no it was do-able. The brakes are great now, very safe and they even gave me a loaner car and I went job hunting while they worked on it. They were professional, patient and super kind. I would most definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them too.Service: Brakes
