“Max and his counter part tonight were absolutely phenomenal. We were those people tonight and pulled in at 8 minutes from closing time. Max was super polite and helpful taking care of some questions we had and getting us set up with the Platinum oil service. I didn't catch his coworkers name but he was super speedy and remained very professional. There was a bit of grumble on his face but I don't fault him for that. He looked like he had done a good days work and needed to relax. Max and Scott (as I looked at the small print on the receipt finally and found his name) did wonderful. Awesome guys, awesome shop. 5 Stars, All around would recommend!”
“I took my car in with a slow leak from a screw stuck in my tire. I expected to have to purchase new. They were able to patch the spot and the repairs were covered by warranty and done same day! They even called me with updates while I was gone for the day. Thanks for great service!”
“I had a flat tire and I had to call over 3 different companies in 3 different cities just to find someone to answer the phone. Coldwater auto center actually answered their phone and was super nice! I came in and they communicated with me very well. Most of the time when a woman comes into a auto place they don't get listened to very well. The staff was very professional and communicative. They listen to me and joked with me and just made the experience way better. Even though my tire was damaged beyond repair they made the experience better. Shout out to Jade and Diane. Walmart- if you see this, reward them. They are amazing. ❤️”
