Believe the reviews. This is the worst bank in Coldwater. Canceling our account. The customer service is rude. They want you to mail the payment but then claim it's lost and charge a late fee. Sent a DATED check. None of my other checks have issues being recieved by other companies. Then suddenly it shows up? Very unhappy. Tell me to go in but they don't have the staffing for it. The lobby is always closed.

I spoke with Kaylee Wiley and she was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you for being so kind and answering all of my questions. Every staff member I deal with there is always so nice and welcoming.

Asya is absolutely five star! Every PNC needs an employee that represents their company like her! I'm not even a PNC customer but when I get back to Ky, I'm switching my accounts over! She was able to call customer service and sole our issue with a certified check. Great Job Asya and PNC!

There ATM are usually broken, put of cash or can't deposit. Keep charging me those ATM fees when I HAVE no choice to use them. Your banking services are going downhill fast and waiting times are increasing. After all decades of banking at pnc, I'm actually thinking of changing banks

I have been banking with PNC for many years, and even though the Bronson branch closed a few years ago, I have found the staff at the Coldwater branch very helpful and knowledgeable.

Only a short wait considering we did not make an appointment ahead of time. The lobby seems to be randomly laid out without rhyme or reason imo. Overall it was a pleasant and fast visit.

It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get through their drive thru every time I come to this location. They need more staff and/or open the option to go inside.
