I have purchased quite a few cues and accessories from them over the years. They're prices are always good, and I always recieved my items in a couple of days. I recently purchased an expensive carbon shaft and ended up having a problem with it. I sent it back, and they very quickly resolved the problem.

Ordered a very expensive shaft for xmas. Tip fell off during normal play. Took it in. They fixed it properly in less than 10 minutes. Missing a star because we weren't able to view showroom due to construction.
