Deceitful advertising. 30% of all box cigars, except when the poor sales person rings it up, has to call three managers from who knows where. To find out that they really are not 30% off. Why does tobacco have to be so complicated. Put the darn real price out there and let the consumers decide. It's not complicated

The store assistant manager refuses to honor the prices displayed on thier products claiming there is nothing she can do when things ring up for 40 percent higher displayed prices. Buy you tobacco from anywhere except wild bills

Great selection of cigars. Had no problem finding a good variety, though some of the wrappers and foots were damaged. Just inspect them before purchasing.

bought a Lookah seahorse pro today, took it home and it doesn't light up. they wouldn't exchange or return and I didn't use it once. **home of the 2 week return policy?***. next time I'll go to Super tobacco down the street. better pricing anyway. sad that the manager hid in the back while the employees had to explain this nonsensical "policy". it's broken, out of the box .. replace it or give me my money back. - no thanks to the reply; that ship sailed over two weeks ago. you could have helped by speaking to me when I was there and allowing an exchange or explaining to my face why you wouldn't. especially since I had just been told "take it home and make sure it works before you use it so you can bring it back if you need to"
