Been going to them for years. Our dog wasn't acting right and took her In and he said that she had a life threatening infection. Got some pills and sent home. If he knew that she was going to die they should of said so so we could have her put to sleep. Needless to say she died 2 days later. Then my cat was told he needed to have 3 teeth pulled and have them cleaned. So we set up the appointment. They did blood work and said he will be able to have Anastasia. Brought him home he died 4 days later. He refused to eat or drink. I called to let them know the response was "ok I'll put that in the file" I got a new vet.

Would give negative stars if I could. The way the receptionist speaks to people is unbelievable. Called to see if our dog could be seen to induce vomiting since our normal vet was closed unexpectedly, was told that “that they don’t know anything about this dog” so we should just take him to an emergency vet an hour away.We called Dr. Pol and were instructed that we could easily give hydrogen peroxide on our own and there was zero reason to see an emergency vet. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and go to Dr. Pol or Surrey Vet Clinic. Avoid this place at all costs.

do not use this clinic. they should be shut down. receptionist is rude and cocky on the phone. they won't keep records of the work they've done. they also don't use email because they're afraid of being "hacked". only thing they should be afraid of is a call to the BBB.

do not use this clinic. the receptionist has an issue with doing her job and gets quite cocky on the phone. they will not keep your records. they don't want to use email because they're afraid of being "hacked". they should be worried about a call to the BBB.

Highly NOT recommended. We had our last pet in around March of 2021 to be fixed. They had NO record of us being established there. There excuse was "well after a while if your not kept up to date, we just assume something happened to the pet" ( the pet in question that i had a record for was nurtured at 6 months old).. We had 3 pets that we were bringing in. My dog doesn't even need her rabies shot until 2023 (it is 10/19/22) and those records are all gone too on their end. Find another vet that actually wants to keep and see patients.

Random charges get thrown on every other visit and lady accidentally charges but will not refund you. Starting to get pricey for as old school and unsanitary as it is.

I had heard such good things about them from a friend, but when I called, they wouldn't accept us and recommended we go see our current vet, which is a 30 minute drive for us compared to their clinic, which is a 10 minute drive. I guess they don't like people switching vets ??♀️
