Love the place. Any type of muscle ? u wanna work on they got the equipment to do so even for heavy weight lifters all I see is that place growing and growing and hope it steadily does

My Gym! I 100% recommend coming here if you like the home feel of a gym and not the corporate places like Planet Fitness. The staff take the time to talk to you and get to know you. The 24 hour access is the best. Could use more equipment, would love to see maybe a pool and some massage options in the future!

With limited staff, please contact the gym via text at 269-519-2084 for questions or appointments. Staffing is generally available from 1pm to 8pm Monday through Friday, and by sheer luck or appointment on weekends.
