Most useless post office. Called to tell them my package was sent to my old address asked about all my information and tracking number just to tell me that there was nothing he could do. Idk how about calling the delivery driver lol.

Mail delivery from Coloma location is horrible. I have lived in Hagar Township for 35 years and never have had such poor delivery over the last few months. It has been 8 days this time around and I still have no mail. When we stopped by the post office we were told drivers trucks are not heated and poor in the snow. We are in Michigan where most of the year is colder than not. I am not happy with service right now.

I use to use fedex as a parcel carrier, But after they damaged a parcel and took almost a week to put it on the truck to go from coloma to Chicago, I no longer use fedex. USPS is the best and have been in the business the longest. Hopefully this can save people a huge headache.
