Told the issue was with my insurance. In reality it was their policy and their lack of properly communicating it. Told CVS has same policy, not true. Refused to compensate me for lost time and month late prescription. Moved prescription to CVS. It was refilled per plan date..... problem solved. They need to clearly state policy instead of blaming issues on others.

My local Rite Aid (Coloma, MI) needs a new pharmacy team. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service and the very poor attitudes of the employees there. I had a prescription called in, so I called on Monday to see if it was covered by my insurance, and it is but still costs $265 for a month's supply, so I called and got numbers for the manufacturer's savings card program and called Rite Aid back. It wouldn't go through so I was told to call the savings card p

Ok. This place. Why have an automated message that tells you a time that your prescription is ready at such time and when you go there at or after that time they are never ready. I had one girl have me wait for 10 minutes at the front without telling me what's going on. I just stood there confused. Not only that but they never have allll of my prescriptions. I always have to remind them what I am supposed to have. And if I don't check their work i miss some. Like tonight. I THOUGHT I was given the right prescription I needed but nope. Now I gotta go back. Done. So done.

Too late. I switched now after years of getting calls that my prescription is ready and getting there and its not. Waiting days and days and the pharmacy says it should be on the truck the next day. On and on!

We are brand new to the neighborhood and to Rite Aid stores. There is a cashier that we twice encountered that has a flat personality. When I wanted to sign up for their points she wanted me to come BACK and do it! Then today my husband asked her if their putting an optical in the store. When I got to the register she tells me... "Your husband asked if were going to have an optical here....WE'RE NOT WALGREENS!.......what a smart a*** No other comment made by her...not a good first impression of this store. We might as well drive to Benton Harbor for our drugstore needs!!!!!

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could. For one thing, in late 2017, they overcharged my mother by over $100.00 and we still have not received a refund even though I informed the manager of the situation in January. In February one afternoon, I tried five or six times to contact the pharmacy by phone, yet no one bothered to answer. Nearly every time I have visited this pharmacy, it has ended with a problem. The only reason I use it is because both my mother and I are disabled and it is the only one in this town that has a drive thru. I also noticed that Rite Aid deleted my one-star review as well as others' one-star reviews on their Facebook page not long ago. Apparently they are attempting to do damage control.

The pharmacy is atrocious. Every time I've filled a prescription there (against my better judgment), I have always said I would never fill there again. I've never had a good experience with this pharmacy. The workers are completely out of it and it seems like none of the pharmacy techs know what's going on. I've had to wait days for prescriptions (things like antibiotics) because they either "lost it", "forgot to fill it", or any other various BS reasons for not having the RX. And on a good day, it's takes at least half a day to get anything filled. Do not fill your RXs there lol

As of August 2017, the WU phone hardly works at this location. Tried to receive a transfer but the phone wouldnt connect to WU at first. It managed to connect after a minute of me fiddling with it, but it eventually started cutting out when it prompted to give an address. I attemtped to call the many WU customer care numbers to talk to a live person (I had both my tracking # and location #) but could not get past an automated unit. If the Rite Aid employees at this location recommend you try the Shell Gas Station in the town over, do NOT go. I checked, and there is no WU there.

I can't remember the last time I had a good experience there. I am just being honest. The people walk around confused looking and it seriously takes forever.

On 04/27/17, we waited in the Rite Aid drive-thru to pick up a prescription for my 92-year-old mother. There were two cars ahead of us and none of us moved for 15 minutes. We got tired of waiting and went into the store to get our prescription and got it in just a few minutes. This drive-thru has been getting increasingly worse time-wise. The employees seem to be understaffed and quite frustrated. The employees used to be friendly and welcoming, but not anymore.

The pharmacy is horrible !! Waits after three hours of having prescription. Some workers are very rude. One older lady that's been there a while walked away to look for mine, left me up at the counter ,they called the next person up, and never bothered to tell me that mine wasn't ready. On top of that wouldn't tell me how long it would be .

Sorriest excuse for customer service in the pharmacy department. Sat in drive thru line along with 5 other cars while they filled 1st cars script for over 15 minutes... I only had a pick up but I will never allow my scripts to be fillled here again. Have a drop off line... make em use it or at very least insist they move forward to allow other cars to be waited on..
