Went to Crafty Cuts in Greenhills East Maitland, amazing customer service like always, and amazing food! Never had an issue, staff always happy to help and explain things when needed. Would always recommend to family and friends! 10/10

Great food, but the staff are expert in making you invisible. Decide who they feel like serving first and have a rare ability to stand behind a cash register and still ignore you when you're right in front of them. Loads of other choices in Westfield BJ, don't bother with Crafty Cuts

Really good food but terrible service in the Pitt St Food Court. I waited 15 minutes for a simple bowl last week and watched the one guy in the back chop broccoli for most of that time. Similar situation today where my food was ready pretty much straight away (proves it's not the prep that takes long) but the FIVE people behind the counter let me watch it sitting going cold for 5 minutes before handing it to me. No urgency whatsoever after they have your money which is annoying when there are 20 other fast food places around it willing to serve you in seconds. Don't go if you're on a short lunch break.

As always it seems the only people leaving reviews are complaining. I love the Bondi Junction Crafty Cuts, I've eaten there for over a year. The staff are all super friendly and the food is great quality for the price. They also make it very easy to personalise your order which is great as I eat carb free. Seriously, there's always cheaper but you won't find better in BJ food court.

Had the Ruben, was very disappointed when it came to the table, looked like the menu Ruben had a baby and that's what I got. It needed three times the corned beef to balance the flavours. Wifey had the pulled pork and it was very good. $28 for two sandwiches and two cans of coke. If it was only me I would have given a 2 star,
