The absolute worst customer service. They lose every single package that I order, delivering it to the wrong house, including mail. I have been trying over a week to get my package back just for the postmaster to hang up on me herself. Their suggestion for the fix is for me to pay for a PO Box for their mess ups. Rude, unorganized, And very unhelpful. If I could give this, I would. I’ve never met such an Unorganized business in my life.

This post office has a record of delivering the wrong mail. your mail goes God knows where, and some other poor residents mail comes to you. It's been this way for years . When will it stop ? Identity theft is on the rise and some mail contains very personal or private information, like credit account numbers, etc. Some bills don't get paid on time due to them not being delivered to the proper mailbox. Services get shut down or late fees accrue, especially if the person who received your mail just throws it away, after checking out its content.The USPS does not deal with or correct these issues for us, the customer. They create the problem, then we are on our own to deal with the consequences. This is not right or fair. Colon mail delivery needs an overhaul !I was told by USPS, that a package was delivered yesterday, In or At the mailbox. Not True !The doors, front and rear, of the mailbox were open, but an empty mailbox. This package was a gift.I called Colon, MI post office and got ahold of Janna, at 2:57 pm today, she said she was busy with customers and to call back in 15 mins, which I did at 3:15 pm.Funny, but when I did call back, the same # was now switched to Fax, how annoying ! I tried repeatedly to reach her to no avail. Fax squeal after fax Squeal in my ear. They close at 4 pm so I'm sure I won't be able to speak to her today. I feel she is avoiding me purposely, and misled me in hopes I would just, "Go Away." I will not go until I get some answers.Handling our personal mail is a serious responsibility and demands accountability.

Received a notification that my package was "Out For Delivery". Not only did I not receive my package, I received no mail at all.Ok, just in case someone saw my above comment, I will edit it rather than delete it. I did in fact receive both my package and mail, though much later than normal, which is fine. Fair is fair.

They keep forgetting to deliver my packages!!!!!! And keep sticking the wrong mail in my mailbox along with sticking mine in my neighbors.
