Took it to auto value in North branch Michigan young man there tested my alternator and my battery. My battery was not working. Got a new one. He put it in for me. I had to go home to get the money for it and he trusted me for it that’s crazy but the people who work there were absolutely amazing in an auto parts store definitely should go to North branch Michigan auto value Excellent customer service”

“Had the best experience with Ryan and Tad. If you need a vehicle please go see them. They took excellent care of us. I have bad anxiety about buying or even looking at vehicles. They made sure we were taken care of and treated us amazing. My husband has bought a lot of vehicles in the past and they have far out done it.
Since I can’t do a new review I’d like to add After owning the vehicle 2 months my vehicle got totaled out. Paid for gap when I bought the vehicle. Funny thing is went to contact the paper I got with my gap and they claim my vehicle has no gap. Called the dealership and no one will return my calls or even answer when I call. I will never buy another car from them.”
“I had never had my oil changed here in Lapeer before but went because I had a coupon. The guys couldn't have been more polite and very very quick! Plus the gentleman asked me had my heater been working good and I said no and he said your antifreeze was a little low and he filled it!! They were really quick they were very professional and I got a coupon for a free car wash afterward! Less expensive than the dealer I didn't have to make an appointment and it was much quicker.”
“December was a hard month for my family I have two uncles and my father that passed away . Then the first week of January I had an auto accident just moved to the area was unsure where to go to have my vehicle fixed this company popped up on Google and I thought I'd give them a try, I'm so glad that I did. “Needed a new valve cover installed after breaking off a bolt trying to replace an ignition coil. They did a fast and excellent job and even replace the coils and plugs with parts I brought with me. I would absolutely recommend this Muffler Man location!”

“These gentlemen are top tier human beings. They repaired my mother’s camper roof and interior like true professionals. They went above and beyond for my mom and I couldn’t be anymore thankful to them. They came right to sutters campground and repaired the roof on the spot in no time. Immediately this morning Don did a lot of leg work phone calls and transportation to go above and beyond to help me out. We got all issues addressed. Issues are being repaired. “Dropped it off after 1pm. They replaced 3 wheel bearings by 11am next day. The price was good. The shop is friendly and is just trying to fix your car and get you back on the road. Will definitely use again. The “lobby” isn’t a waiting area it’s more of a drop off and come back kind of place.
Update I have had a couple more chances to use Mike Tom’s. A brake line broke and a bad temperature sensor. Again Mike Tom’s got it down quick and well. They could’ve charged me more for a thermostat ($150 part) plus installation. Instead they replaced a $20 part.”

I went to them for the first time because Neighbor told me about them and that their work was really good. They’re extremely kind. Very honest. He was even on the phone spent about 45 minutes to explain the options of what’s going on and was never short or pushy. It was a bug engine job and appreciate the good work.”
