“Once twice three times is a charm let me start out by saying I am fairly mechanically inclined I took my trailblazer to these guys for a lean code I had changed the oxygen sensor the mass air flow sensor and other things took it up there my purge valve is failing they replaced it gave it back a day later lean code came back took it back they replaced leaking exhaust manifold gasket free of charge under warranty a day later my lean code came back left it there for 2 days they took out my denso Oxygen sensor replaced with OEM put my original mass air flow sensor back in after cleaning and drove it car is running great hats off to you guys for sticking with it you will have my business in the future lesson learned always use OEM parts forgot to mention they saved the parts I bought my bill was $193 I was able to take back the oxygen sensor and the mass air flow sensor and got $140 back”

I requested that my car be checked over for hoses, brake pad wear, 21 point inspection, oil change and tire rotation since I’m traveling a distance soon. I’m assuming everything was OK or it would have been brought to my attention. It would be a nice gesture to give your new ( as well as returning) customers who choose Hank Graff over so many other competitors, a small “thank you” perk such as a welcome back discount for the next time, gift certificate for a coffee and bagel, etc. Use a newsletter database since you have our emails on file, and give a little rather than trying to “sell us” one of your products or services on a generic newsletter.Sorry for the long remarks, but I am a social media marketer and use different incentives for my clients customers to keep them coming back through their doors. “We are out from out of town and ended up in having to go in for two tires losing air. Thank you Michigan orange barrel season. It was nice to see a smile on the face of the woman behind the counter. She was swamped but still smiling and acknowledged us immediately. She explained the time frame so we left the car and walked to grab a bite to eat. They were done almost an hour before the approximate completion time given. They did mention we had two holes in one wheel, which we thought we did, and they only charged for one. Both tires were just fine all the way home to Arkansas and still holding strong. Definitely recommend from the pleasant staff to the organization of the front desk, they were wonderful.”

I’d had “mechanics” tell me it needed a new water pump, but when I called Roy he told me he doesn’t just throw parts at a problem, he’ll make sure its properly diagnosed, and he’s as good as his word. Turned out she was leaking coolant through the intake manifold, and two pulleys needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair price, and texted me throughout the day to show progress. I can’t recommend Roy's Complete Repair enough for the honesty, integrity, and attention to detail his shop provides. Whether it’s the wife’s Jeep, my pickup, or one of the company vehicles, I’ll be giving Roy’s my business from here on out.”
