“This was the second scheduled recall, where I drove 40 minutes to the service department, to haven say we don’t have the recall parts or this last time we do not have the computer fix for your vehicle. I would like to drive 80 minutes of my time and gas to get the issue solved. Not sorry we don’t have the parts or program fix for your vehicle. Know this info before making a schedule. Thanks”
