My towing situation was not a typical one. It required sensitivity and compassion. This company fulfilled my needs, and was very reasonably priced! I will definitely be using them again for future towing needs.

This guy is so professional and courteous I just can’t say enough good things about him. He brought my Cutlass home from storage at a reasonable price, picked up my snowmobile when I put it in a ditch, and safely moved my husbands vehicle from the road after he was in an accident. Fair prices, courteous service, and better than the big guys. Also I’ve dealt with this Chrissy Brinkman before myself and her one star review is bogus. Get a life lady.Services: Car towing

Rating My experience with this company a one out of 10 would have to be a 20, he went over and above and loaded my vehicle in record time like he was putting butter on bread. Very professional and helpful as I was shook up after an accident and he even made sure I got home safe while trying to keep me calm down. He arrived in record time as it was on the freeway and was able to get my car out of the way to get traffic moving again I would never use another tow company no matter how far out I was. Also forgot my license plate when I went to pick up my stuff which he made sure I could get it at my convenience , so out of his own doing took it upon himself to get the plate and save it for me and also let me pick it up at my leisure, it is a fourth generation family-owned business and you can feel that in your experience!! Highly recommend

I would highly recommend using them for your towing needs. I was very happy with the response time that was given when I locked my keys in my car. (March 2, 2023). Also, they towed my car in after I had an accident in 2019. Again, very happy with response time plus their professionalism. Thanks again for your help in both situations.Services: Car lockouts

I ended up sliding into a ditch on Palms Rd during this most recent snow storm. After waiting way too long for AAA to dispatch a random company, a St. Clair County Sheriff came by and put a call in to Burgetts on my behalf. He came to the scene quick, was very kind, professional, and friendly, and got me out of the ditch in no time with ease. I honestly cannot say enough about Burgett’s towing. My daughter hit a deer at 11pm at night and was in a very dangerous spot on the expressway. She was scared, upset, and they got to her in a flash as if she was their own daughter, and got her out of harms way. They are not only extremely professional, but kind and compassionate and have been available even after the accident for any questions. Ben is awesome. I hit a deer and was in a dangerous spot on the expressway. He was there in no time to get me out of harms way and reassured me that everything would be ok.
