Park is always clean and well cared for. They have a beautiful pond with a beach which is a great asset for residents. Took one star for the changes in management and increases in lot rent. Still an amazing park!

Have lived in pinewood on the lake for 15 years. It is an excellent mobile home park. Management staff is very friendly. Maintenance staff is very friendly. Overall, the park is well kept. I definitely recommend it

Nice looking park and nice homes, its quiet and pretty decent roads with small speed bumps if any.
