Customer service sucks. Four hours on the phone with these Buffoons . Wanted my request for service times. For last year. No you can only get four. It's our property. And we won't allow anymore than that.If you want more. Get a court order.Are you freaking serious.They pass your call from one dim wit to the next. Four hours. Last transfer I got to was towing to answer my questions. Yes I am serious.They are the most inept bunch of employees I've ever met in my 75 yearsBAH.

My family has home/auto insurance with this company. We had some miscommunication with lender and they somehow only gave us later that night to pick up the new car. Anyways, I came in 10 minutes before closing time in a panic. The lady in the front desk, Michelle was extremely kind and patient in assisting me on switching new lease with old lease auto insurance.

AAA is by far the worst insurance company out there and after many years I have finally left them. They are scammers and liars. Their customer service representatives give a lot of attitude and really don’t want to help their clients. Each representative will tell you something different to just lie to you. I have been so kind and patient with them but after seeing that every encounter has been horrible, I’ve come to realize that this company is only looking out for themselves and could care less about their clients. It’s truly a shame.
