This is a nice facility. Everyone that I have spoke to have been really great but I wanted to mention Megan. She’s helped me navigate how to do everything over the phone. She was so helpful cause hadn’t rented storage before. Thanks for all of your assistance and patience with me.

I had a great experience with customer service today. I was concerned with my monthly payment. Meghan called me from my location I have been at for years and asked me my concerns. I let her know why I was shopping. She was able to lower my cost and let me know another way to lower it even more. She answered a couple questions I had and explained the steps I needed to take. I am glad she called me this morning. Mark
