Chase bank is stealing money from account holders. Double charging accounts, having pending charges removed then coming back. Forcing accounts negative. Watch your money. The branches will not help you. They will try to justify it. Chase is taking your money. Branch manager Rony Gappy was no help. Was condescending. Refused to provide documentation for my visit. Watch your money.

I have had this bank for a year now but it’s been a complete mess I switched banks from fifth third to chase because chase was way closer but I highly regret my decision last month I went into this bank to make a deposit I was wearing a religious hat with Arabic wording in it one of the Arabic tellers who was counting my money looked at me with a hatred filled face and said “do you know what that hat stands for” which I replied yes or else I wouldn’t of worn it and she had the nerve to respond and say “well you shouldn’t wear that hat in public I find it offense” like who cares you are not the one wearing it and it is not your belief do your job and mind your own business that’s just the first thing that has happened to me I have had constant overdraft fees I did not make constant spam emails from them and every single time I walk into this bank I wait for someone to notice me for what feels like hours also they charge $39 a day if you have any form of overdraft fee also there atm machines outside the bank almost never work I have only been able to use them 4 times in one year because of how broken they always are

Horrible customer service.. Stand there waiting for 5 minutes without being acknowledged by 2 tellers who are both working for one person. I know I'm not a businessman cashing 20 checks and depositing them in your bag but I'm still a customer to be ignored like that is just Infuriating

I have been trying to discover why a credit card my mother opened more than 6 weeks ago hadn't been sent. The people at this branch told me that in order to speak to them on behalf of my 91 year old, hard of hearing mother, that I would need to submit power of attorney papers. I then went to the branch with said papers and was told by Paul "our legal department now needs to look over these papers before I can speak with you." I waited the 3 days requested (actually 4) and was told by Ron, "you need to speak to our credit card department, we forwarded the papers to them". I called their credit card department and was told my power of attorney papers were not on file. In my opinion, this is the worst bank, and bank experience I have ever had. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere. They don't seem to care about individuals and especially not older individuals.

I had a great experience at this particular Chase location. I had several questions about my checking account and Brian Connolly was kind enough to help me with them. Including ordering me a new debit card since my old one was pretty chewed up. I could have just ordered a replacement one through the app but he took the time to help me. In a world where in person customer service is dwindling it’s nice to see that Chase values their clients. I live in San Antonio and have had nothing but stellar service from Chase whether in Texas or Michigan. It’s nice to see no matter where you travel that Chase has your back.

Spoke with a banker named Brian at this branch. I can see why this is a 2 star branch. He called nearly 3 hours after our scheduled appt time without even an apology and when I brought it up he laughed. His attitude was oh well you have been a customer for 20 years and we don’t care if we loose your business over changes we are implementing to your checking account so screw you. Completely arrogant.

Amazing team at the Chase Commerce Branch, I've worked with them for a very long time. They are always on top of things with top tier open communication.

Tellers are extremely rude here. They go so far out of their way to NOT to help you that it actually takes longer than if they had just did their job and helped you in the first place.

If you need someone in this agency to help you when you need a document notarized, you might as well drive a few more miles to go to some other chase branch. I was just told that I couldn't be helped because the title of the document was in Portuguese. I offered to provide translation or any other information that could help him understand what the title of the document said (by the way, the rest of the document is completely translated to English), but conveniently for him, he can just say that he's not comfortable and get one of his clients out the door with no help. Way to go CHASE!!!!!!!

Staff take care of me and are usually quick to address issues and such. Sometimes there is a little wait but for how busy they can be they have taken care of me with respect and kindness.

Not sure what the point of calling to tell me i left my debit card there. I went to pick it up and had to wait an extra 10 mind in line to be told I have to wait until someone behind the desk can help me(mind you I counted 4 associates not doing anything but sitting down). Can you guys please get it together and either send me my card through the mail or answer your phones so I can tell you when I have time to pick it up instead of waiting for you. Where is the costumer service that other chases are known for?

After having a bad experience at the branch on Highland Road in White Lake, I came to this one to open a personal checking account. I was promptly greeted with a warm welcome by a bank teller named Sherri who had been working there for 28 years! She was extremely inviting and offered me a seat until a banker was able to assist me. Chris B, a relationship banker came off his lunch break a few minutes early to help me. He was polite, direct, thorough, and friendly. I look forward to doing all of my banking at this branch now. Fantastic, quick, and friendly customer service!

Terrible service and lack of customer concerns. While waiting at the drive-thru, the teller decided to have a conversation with some other employee. (He may have been her supervisor or manager. .. and they both knew and saw me... she had already taken my carrier out of the tube.) They talked an laughed, and talked ... and talked some more. Then the teller said over the speaker... "We'll be right with you". She then assisted a customer at the counter and then after more waiting.... another person got on the speaker and said "Someone will be with you in a moment". The teller finally started working on my transaction... and for some reason started to help someone operate the bill counting machine. More wait.... DON'T GO TO THIS BANK BRANCH UNTIL THE MANAGEMENT ADDRESSES CUSTOMER SERVICE
