I got both the Covid booster and flu shot last week. I was impressed with the organization and professionalism of the staff. Despite being very busy, I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment.

I used to work here and understand that things are difficult when short staffed, busy, and overwhelmed. However, this does not give an excuse to tell me I filled my prescription too early or I filled my prescription at the wrong pharmacy when it was a simple insurance rejection that the pharmacist and technician didn't bother finding out. I got a text my prescription is ready and the app even confirmed. Spent my entire lunch (less 10 minutes for getting gas which I wish I didn't do at Meijer) waiting in line and then finally waiting on them to give me the actual reason why my prescription was filled and then magically unfilled. "It will be about 20-30 minutes to fill, I put it as urgent" I asked for the pharmacists name and she took her headphones off, i asked for her name and she said "they're working on it now" Next time, try solving it on your end instead of blaming the patient because you're too busy. The store manager asked "well can't you come back after work" WOW I CANT BELIEVE I DIDNT THINK OF THAT. Yes, I can! The inconvenience to me is no matter at all!! Bad customer service that completely could've been avoided with a "you know what, I'm not sure I'll need to check further, sorry for the inconvenience"

I like the store. It is clean and nice. The only reason I give 1 star is because there was a person without a mask at the store talking loudly behind me at the register standing so close to me. No one, no manager, no employee stopped him to wear a mask at this critical Covid shutdown period. Sanitizer and things are at the door and it is appreciated, but if no one can control live germ, then what can sanitizer can do?

This is my first time using pick up. Not at all impressed. I entered the order two days ago so they would have plenty of time to fill it. My pick up time was originally between 10 and 11. RIGHT at 10 (when I'm already here) I get a voicemail saying wait for a confirmation email OR wait until 11. I come back at 11. It's not ready. The lady says did you get an email, I said it said to wait til 11 OR wait for email. Not sure how good the communication is between employees. Needless to say, I am really disappointed. This is not at all what I expected!

I was there today and they were not cleaning carts it's like everyone's trying to forget there's a pandemic going on I thought they had to do it as part of the reopening.

FREQUENTLY OUT-OF-STOCK on common items, the spinach and greens are always dripping wet from being sprayed so often, the self checkout machines are a hot mess, with the alternative being to wait 20 minutes in a checkout line. The bottle return area is a disgustingly sticky mess. They are more concerned with stocking the 'center aisle' stuff instead of the staple items like pasta, baking items, etc. Really in need of better management!

Seems like a lot of the negative reviews are older? I don't know. I've been here a couple of times and always found it clean and organized. It's huge, so my grocery trip felt longer...but it probably wasn't. Maybe having a "normal" experience seems like a huge positive to me given how terrible the Krogers are in this area, but I'm a fan.

I shop at Meijers every week. I walk with a cane, so I can't walk far. I need to use a scooter, but I hardly ever find a working one! There are always four or five lined up, but they are always out of order! I am seriously considering switching to Kroger!

Few check out lanes open, long lines, frustration everywhere. Self check out had 50 people waiting. Of course no one to be found when the variuos self check out process has a hiccup. Not worth the hassle.

Overall the store is great but again I'm here on a Saturday after, and they have 4 lanes open... and 16 closed. So it takes me as long to checkout as it does to do my shopping.

Slowest pharmacy ever! Avoid like the plague, avoid even if you have the plague. You'll die before someone ever helps you. They also refuse to fill prescriptions.

awesome store and employees! they have everything!! love all the Dietz & Watson products. Drake's cakes, young's fish, Burts potato chips are the best ever! great kosher food selection. love the Ace bread line

Cheaper than Walmart or Costco and much friendlier, too. The drive thru pharmacy lane is way better than standing in line.

I love this grocery store! I always find what I need and prices are fair. I prefer to shop at night when it's nice and chill, but unfortunately that means the shelves are more bare but night stockers are often happy to check the back for my needs. The store is always clean and well organized. They do get very busy during the day and have trouble keeping lanes moving, but they always remain polite.

It's 6:30pm on a Friday, these bozos have three registers open out of 28! Long lines, 6 deep, waiting to check out. I called the store and complained, they opened one additional register way down away from everyone who have been waiting! 4:55pm. Sat. 5 deep waiting to check out. Only 10 of 28 lanes opened! Someone needs to be fired for poor management!
