We have been taking our pet's to this practice for years. Sadly, our beloved dog fell ill very quickly. The team got us in quickly, listened to concerns & took time to answer questions. We had to put our dog down today & the staff could not have been nicer. We truly thank you for making this a calm, safe & loving environment for Conner's last moments. We truly appreciate you all.

We were in town for an extended period due to a family emergency and took our elderly Chihuahua, Ernie, to Dr. McQueen for acupuncture treatment for his dementia. Dr. McQueen provided Ernie exceptional support with outstanding bedside manner during what turned out to be his last weeks. I will always be grateful to her for her amazing work and support.

I just started taking our adopted kitten here. So far it’s been a great experience. The exam room was filled with cat toys and towers. I really appreciate their fear free methods. Every one of the staff I’ve interacted with have been patient and thorough.

Horrible veterinarian. STAY AWAY. Had we gone to a real vet, our poor girl would still have all her teeth. They kept pulling her teeth, and when we finally went to another vet, they said simple antibiotics would have worked. There was no need to torture our dog like that. STAY AWAY!!

So last year in May I was concerned about my dog. He's 19 and started showing symptoms of decline. They ran a blood test and told me he was acting poorly because of his teeth (yes they needed a cleaning) and that his bloodwork came back fine. Only slightly elevated liver enzymes which hes historically had. They gave and did nothing about the yeast infection he had, but verbally acknowledged it. No treatment plan or help for his diarrhea and when i told them he couldnt have chicken meal (allergic) they proceeded to prescribe me dog food with chicken meal. Only discovered this when I got home. Now what they failed to tell me is he had early onset kidney disease. It was only 6 months later when I got a copy of blood test from them to consult with a nutritionist (elsewhere) that we uncovered the issues he was having that I vocally expressed to this practice months prior. Now a year later he has rebounded thanks to my nutritionist. Went to another vet and his bloodwork has improved significantly as well. If you want a vet to neglect your concerns, to gaslight you and to treat your pet less than they deserve go here. My opinion, you're better taking your pet elsewhere as there are plenty of vets out there who actually do care. This place, at least Dr. Brad Boike deserves to have his license revoked & I will be reporting him. My dog has also seen Dr Napiwocki who I felt like was trying to sell me on everything instead of actually caring about my dog. The only one to see here is Dr Andrea if you do. She actually cares but none of them tend to spend enough time with you and your pet to understand your concerns nor address them. They focus on patients like a doctors office does, in and out as quick as they can. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is Dr Andrea because I think she does care just needs to hire better doctors in this practice.Edit: blatantly lying in your response is ridiculous. Changing review to 1. Dr Andrea was not the vet I saw I made that clear in my review. I change my stance on her now, if she's claiming she told me something when she wasn't even the vet I went in to see. SO CLAIMING SHE TOLD ME SOMETHING WHEN SHE WASNT EVEN THE VET I WAS SEEING, yall avoid these people like the plague if you care about your pets. Don't trust them and unless you want a dying or dead pet on your hands it's only your fault if you trust these people. CLEARLY they love to gaslight manipulate & accuse their pet owners instead of taking responsibility for their lack of action.

I have had an incredible experience at Commerce Village Vet! My dog tore both ACLs and needed two surgeries (one for each leg). When the other big vet offices couldn't even get him a consultation for months, I was referred here and got a consult right away! Dr. Putt and her staff were so friendly not only to me, but to my dog as well who has a lot of anxiety. They really do take the extra step to make sure your pet feels comfortable. And thank you to Dr Mair, the traveling surgeon who comes in to do these TPLO surgeries. She was very kind and caring and did excellent work on my dog, who healed up very nicely. She even has her own app which is helpful to know what to expect each day during the healing process. And thank you to Ashley who has helped calm MY anxiety through the whole process and helps Dr. Mair in surgery as well as the rehab process. And to all the staff whose names I may not remember, but have been kind and helpful every step of the way!I highly recommend Commerce Village Vet! You will get quality time and care with your vet and the staff. They go the extra mile!Thank you, guys!

My pups cotton chip and I love this vet! Dr. Putt and her entire staff are excellent at what they do. The office is clean and efficient, you never wait too long to see the doctor. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend for all of your pets medical needs. Competitive pricing.

Very kind, caring and professional! We had tests ran for one of my dogs. When the results came in, we received them in a timely manner, with empathy and very thorough for us to understand the results and options. We didn't feel rushed with our call. The whole staff was very nice and our veterinarian was Sharon Napiwocki, whom we highly recommend.

This is a fully integrative medicine facility for your pet. Dr Putt is fantastic and all of the staff are kind and caring for your pet. The exam rooms are very comfortable and feel more like a room in your house than a cramped exam room. They try to be thorough but do not force testing if you do not want it. You will probably want to take your pet to the car before checking out to avoid stress to your pet with the comings and goings of animals-and a weigh scale for large dogs is in the lobby.

This place has gone down hill since our vet left. Been going here 8 years but will be looking for a new vet now. The people were extremely rude. I showed up at the time they asked me to be there and then sat in an exam room for half an hour with no explanation on what was taking so long. When I opened the door and asked, the nurse who came in made a couple statements that made me want to walk out: "Do you have somewhere to be or something?" - are you kidding me? That's your response to me asking what has kept me sitting in the exam room for a half hour after being told you'd be right back? "Good thing you work from home." - again are you kidding me? Are you implying because I work at home, that the work I have to do is less important? I was pretty upset at that point. Then the vet came in and made a point to tell me twice that she left another patient to come see me because she was told I was upset. And then she slammed the door when she left. I mean come on now. You guys told me to come up and I did and then offered zero communication to why I was left sitting back there and then proceeded to treat me like I was doing something wrong and my time was not nearly as important as theirs. And to top it off, they then proceeded to tell me there would be a charge today after telling me 2 days prior to bring her up at no charge to fix our pets incision that kept opening. When I said I would be looking for a new vet, they then came back and cleared the charges. Damage done, strike 4. I don't need that kind of treatment from a vet for our pets.

Probably the most "old way" type vet out there. We used to take our GSD here during COVID when no vets were taking new patients. She was 8 weeks old and needed shots. Due to the curbside only practice, she became absolutely horrified of the vet. When it came time to discussing proper care, the doctor said that her diet was wrong despite being the recommended diet for GSD that typically have sensitive stomachs. They then fought us on fixing her after at least a year old saying she would get cancer and have health issues, despite showing them a 14 year study I found proving that waiting was much better. Our experience with this vet made it seem like they were stuck in the past and did not bother to keep up with canine research. We stopped going here after just a few visits. Also, their puppy plan is basically the same thing as paying out of pocket. We had a lot of issues trying to get a refund once we realized it was a waste of money. Not sure if anything has changed recently, but I'm extremely hesitant to find out based on our experience.

I am not one to typically write a review but Dr. Putt & staff have been wonderful! We were in desperate need of veterinary services for our senior dog and the team was exceptional. Below are some important notes about our experience. This list is not all inclusive but highlights what I as a reader would want to know.1. They were easy to get in contact with for an appointment. The staff demonstrated consideration for our situation and were timely with the turn around from scheduling to consult.2. The office is clean, organized, and inviting. You are not crammed into a small exam room and they do not have animals waiting all together in a common area. I liked this method for decreasing the stress on your pet during the visit. The exam rooms have lots of space to move around with toys and treats for distraction and ease of experience. This is important for animals who have vet anxiety!3. The staff and Dr. Putt spent time going over all of my questions/concerns. I did not feel rushed at all. They were attentive, gentle with my pet, and provided lots of additional materials for preventative/additional care.4. They did not push treatment or products- rather educated and inquired to tailor a specific treatment plan. They provided resources and made suggestions that I felt had solid medical ground and were relevant to my pet.5. Pricing is fair and very reasonable especially for the type of care that was received.6. Shortly after the visit, Dr. Putt called to go over all test results, answer any questions, and extend their services if needed for anything in the future.I am beyond happy with the care, attention, and consideration provided by everyone at the office. We will be recommending them to friends/family/neighbors/online.
