It was time to replace my tires and ordered new ones through Costco. I saved quite a bit getting them at Costco and they don't nickle and dime you with installation and disposal fees. Dropped off my car, walked around the store, had some lunch in the food court, and it was ready to go. They also recommend you come back for a check after driving around for a bit to make sure everything is working as it should be.
Everyone at the tire center was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Pleasantly greeted by James R inside Tire Service Center as we expressed a slow leak in the tire. James quickly processed the info and lined up the team to correct the issue. Not long after that we received a call stating the cause of the leak and was being fixed. They noticed additional concerns and we had them take care of that as well. We love air pumps in the lot to fill tires ourself also.
The Tire Service Center Team at Costco #341 Commerce MI are exceptional, professional, and greatly appreciated for their service and gives comfort and satisfaction getting back on the road.

Made a huge mistake by going to this Tire shop. After they rotated my tires, I was hearing some noise. I had to go to dealership to get it fixed. I strongly believe they did some internal damage with reckless handling. Next time, when I went for the rotation, they told they can't rotate and were asking me to buy all 4 tires. Not going to this place again.

Told me the tire wasn't fixable. Then told me they couldn't replace just one or 2 (one person told me it was due to all weather vs all season. Another said they couldn't mix brand names. So not really sure what the truth is), they had to replace all 4 for a total close to $900. Took the tire to Belle Tire to find that tire is fixable and, if I had wanted, they could have replaced just 2. Complete waste of my morning.

I do shop here quite often. It is a great location with a lot around it. Just tried their new cookie. I liked it. It was hot and gooey and would taste great in one of their sundaes. I do like their pizza and chicken bakes and tend to take them home once every few months. The layout is pretty typical for a Costco. I do a lot of my bulk shopping here. It great for diapers and formula when the kids are small and chips and lunch goodies as they get older. It is also great for dinners. I enjoy their ready to go mac and cheese, chickens, the poke here is solid. Getting peanut butter and cereal and coffee is a good value here. We like their clothing from time to time, like the character PJ's. I have found many great gift cards and saved some money. I have also purchased many birthday cakes over the years. The people working here are always nice. We typically get good service. I have never had any major issues over the years and just continue to shop here like normal. You do occasionally get some great finds. If you like squishmellows, this is the place. I also found some Hunter boots for an amazing price! Those are usually hard to find here, but they do get premium brands from time to time. I also got an Apple TV subscription for a year for a super low price. So I am always on the lookout for a fantastic find.

Fiance purchased new tires @ $1200.00. 1 of the tires was slowly going low. Went back to the store, and they charged her first before they would look at it!!!! If it was a nail, we would have gladly paid the fees, but at least look at it first to see if maybe it was a bad rim seal or bad valve stem. This was the 1st and last time for Costco tires. The tire team needs to work on customer satisfaction. I see why there is always a disgruntled customer at the tire counter! Took the car to Discount Tire where they replaced the bad valve stem for free. Guess who has a new customer?

Costco is the place to go. Overall really good people and super friendly. They have a great selection of items. Location is clean and check out is quick and efficient.

I ordered a TV and they stated it would be two day delivery by 7pm. Called at 8 pm asking where our TV was. It was a gift for a friend we were delivering on Saturday. Couldn't give us an answer and told us to wait until Friday. Same results....nothing. Checked with UPS and now delivery is scheduled for Tuesday. Seriously???!!! Any bets it doesn't show up on Tuesday. These people have no consideration for the time we've spent chasing this TV down and pretty sure they DGAF. Really really sad. Nice customer service Costco.
