Fiance purchased new tires @ $1200.00. 1 of the tires was slowly going low. Went back to the store, and they charged her first before they would look at it!!!! If it was a nail, we would have gladly paid the fees, but at least look at it first to see if maybe it was a bad rim seal or bad valve stem. This was the 1st and last time for Costco tires. The tire team needs to work on customer satisfaction. I see why there is always a disgruntled customer at the tire counter! Took the car to Discount Tire where they replaced the bad valve stem for free. Guess who has a new customer?

Paul in the tire department went above and beyond. I had a nail in my tire that was non repairable and he did what he could to help us out. I recommend coming here.

The one good quality is the cost of the tire.First issue is the time of service for a rotation and balance. I get my tires balanced and rotated after every oil change. I have it scheduled on the app. Most times is takes over an hour to rotate and balance. The last time I went in after 2 hours and they said they forgot to call me.Next is that they make excuse in the winter time. They can't guarantee the balance due to snow and ice in the tire. I mean they only do tires. Can the take a hose and rinse it off to remove the snow. I am not sure why this is an issue. Its Michigan and every tire place has to deal with it.Third is that when I first purchased the vehicle there were wheel locks on the tires. The vehicle didn't come with the lock. They wouldn't take any steps to remove the locks. So I went down the street to get them removed and had to order lugs (Not from Costco). Costco doesn't have lugs. Not sure why. This location is usually good about it, sometimes all tires are filled to the same pressure. Not the Manufacture recommended tire pressure.

Bought tires online and came in to get them installed with an appointment. They said about 1 hour, 90 minutes max. They called me to ask if i wanted new air pressure sensors since mine were old and not in great shape. The vehicle is a 2008 and I don’t want to put too much money into it so I declined. After an hour and 45 minutes I was getting frustrated, but they called to say the vehicle was done. I learned they took extra time because they replaced two sensors for me free of charge. They said one was stripped and they couldn’t get it back on and the other they damaged when taking it off. I appreciated the extra work they did and loved how it was free. This is the second time I’ve bought tires here and will continue to do so.Edit: The day after the install, one of my tires was flat. They replaced it for free but I had to go back and it took awhile for them to order a new tire. Happy with the service, just wish it didn’t happen in the first place.

I came here for a slow leak on my tire. I am traveling between states and I thought Costco is Costco, I trusted its reputation. Ohhh my goodness. They told me there is a risk I would have to buy a set of 4 tires in case they cannot fix the issue after removing the tire. They gave me any kind of nonsense not to do the service. Yet I asked them to do it. What a mistake. They made me wait here more than 2 hours. The excuse was it was a walk-in service. I do not even know if they fixed it or ruined it. I have to share my frustration so others know. Why buy tires from Costco???? Good question.

Does this tire center belong to Costco? Who are these people working here? They have zero interest to work. Maybe Costco pays too much to these guys? They presented every excuse not to fix a leaking tire. This place is not my problem, it is Costco’s. This is how you ruin a reputation.

We are trying to get new frames for our glasses and we have been waiting for at least 30min. We kept getting pushed back further in the line. We try to reason with a lady that was working up at the front her name was Becky. She said that there was other people still infront of us. And talked bad about us behind our back. She was being racist because we were Asian.

They have zero interest to work. I came at 9:30 am (30 min before costco opening time), was the first customer at the tire center with no other customers around. I asked for tire rotation, the staff said we are busy with 6 other appointments ... I told him I don't see anyone around, he said if someone did now show we can fit you in, but you need to wait for 3 hours. I told him sure I will wait. Seem like he did not like the answer. He asked about the mileage, i did tell him about it and that it is due for tire rotation per the sticker I have from costco (6000 miles since last tire rotation)..He said oh no sorry, you need to be at least 7500 miles since the last tire rotation............. Of note, I came based on the recommended return visit per the costco stickers I have from other costco location................ Overall, don't recommend this place for business.

Pharmacy review. I came here for my COVID booster. Everywhere else I've been the process has been quick for the shots... NOT at Costco my appointment was at 11... I entered all my insurance information online when I made the appointment over a week ago so it should have been a quick process to verify the info I entered online then give me the shot. But I had to wait 40 min before my turn and there was only 1 person in front of me.

This location had a male door/receipt checker who had on numerous occasions commented how I looked, what I wore, etc. as I was leaving. For years. Final straw for me him commenting and then touching my hair. Management took WEEKS to respond to my complaint. And still longer to take action. So feckless. Northville has better CS.

I've been a member for years. While this particular store is not the most convenient, however, I do shop here on occasion. Lately I have experienced an increasing amount of overt racism at this location. The cashiers do not speak to me, but do speak to those customers that are white. When exiting the store the employee(s) checking the receipts will glance at the receipt and basket of white people, but the baskets belonging to people of color are inspected, counted carefully and the receipt is examined throughly. The vibe at this store is not good.

I am officially a new Costco member as of a month or so ago, and this is the Costco where my boyfriend and I signed up. The Madison Heights location is closer to me and one of these days I will go in there, but for now I've only used it for gas. This is also the Costco location closest to my parents' house, and they are also Costco members, so in the "before times" (pre-pandemic) we'd go there a lot on the weekends ... it always had great samples. The last time I went in they had brought a few samples back, too, which was nice.Costco is one of the better warehouse stores and this location is very nice. Gas is always crowded but each "row" has two pumps, so it moves quickly; the longest I've ever waited was about 10 minutes, and I believe that was like primetime right after work or on a weekend. The last time I went to this location my boyfriend bought some dried fruits and also nitro brew coffee for himself. If you're a fan of their cafe, they have a nice, large space to eat, too, and the prices are great ... I think a hot dog with a soda is still $1.50, as they haven't raised the price during the pandemic.Overall I recommend this Costco and I'm sure I will be back sometime soon to shop. Another benefit of being a Costco member is using their travel services, and honestly is the reason we signed up: for our upcoming trip to the East Coast, a 5-day car rental was looking to be $650-700, for a standard SUV, and that was only for 1 driver (adding another driver is an additional cost). I booked with Costco Travel instead, through Alamo, and originally we were paying $550; however, I keep checking the website and now the price has changed to $520, so I rebooked. Fantastic price compared to the other car rental websites. You also get 1 additional free driver with the Costco price.

My favorite place to shop, bar none. Lots of interesting food and grocery choices if you want to buy in bulk, great prices, super friendly and helpful employees. I shop here frequently and Costco never disappoints. Plus the savings at the gas pump more than pays for the annual membership. Highly recommend!
