Crew Salon is so Wonderful! Very nice vibe and the aesthetic as well. All the stylist, MUA, and front desk are so nice. Especially my Stylist Maureen, she gave me exactly what I envisioned for the color, cut, and style!Definitely will recommend CREW.

Take your business elsewhere. I’ve been a long time client. I’ve never complained even when I’ve been up charged and haven’t been told prices would increase. I scheduled an appointment, in advance, to get my hair done after a busy holiday week. I decided to opt out of random text messages about specials, etc. Regardless, Crew Salon ALWAYS calls to remind clients of upcoming appointments. The owner of the salon made it extremely difficult to waive the 50% fee for my service, because I didn’t call ahead of time to cancel. I mentioned to her that I had intentions of coming, but then was exposed to a family member of mine who wasn’t feeling well. I decided to go get a COVID-19 test, regardless I wouldn’t have been able to come in today as I have to get tested even for work due to symptom exposure. The salon owner still wanted to charge me even though I had no text confirmation of my appointment, she tells me I opted out of text messages, but then knows for a fact that I got a text? That doesn’t even make sense. If I opt out of messages, then clearly I didn’t get the message. The owner claim she didn’t make confirmation calls for upcoming appointments because of the holiday weekend. Then call the day of to remind clients that there appointment hasn’t been confirmed like every other salon does. It’s not my fault you didn’t follow standard protocol and do confirmation calls the day before the holiday when as a client I have kept up with my upcoming appointments from receiving a call. She goes to ask what would make it fair? I said as a one-time courtesy to not charge a client whose been loyal and coming to you for quite sometime when I can take my business elsewhere, but choose not to… especially charging a client that you have up charged for your services in the past and not inform the client of it for recent appointments, but I never said anything about that. She then goes to say that’s not fair. Why even ask if you’re going to disagree? Then, she goes to say they waived it once in the past. How do you waive a fee and not inform a client of it, so the client knows and agrees for next time that it’ll be a charge. Especially when clients are coming back from a busy holiday weekend, you would think the salon would still confirm the day of to ensure the client is aware of it and has confirmed. Going forward, I’ll take my business elsewhere since the owner agreed to that too rather than being appreciative of the business I do bring, especially when other salons I’ve gone to don’t treat a client in the way that this owner did. I didn’t complain when I was being up charged without notice prior to my appointment, but then it’s justifiable to charge no show fees, but not respect clients who work hard for there money too when you upgrade without informing the client, so shouldn’t you respect clients and inform them prior. Make it make sense. Go where your business is appreciated!Updated from owners response: the owner didn’t thank me for my business when she insisted I go somewhere else. Be aware, SALON KEEPS YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE without informing clients, without a verbal or written agreement from the customer allowing permission to do so.

I LOVE MY HAIR! I've been anxiously waiting for it to get cut for a year now, and now that it's short, I finally feel like myself. Highly reccomend this place again, 10/10. All the people are super nice and welcoming, and I was so anxious since it was my first time at any salon. But this experience was so incredible, I'll never forget it!
