Pharmacy lost my RX, the Dr has a record of sending it to them. I have a VM saying that the RX is in process (I have been going to the same CVS location for 10+ years). I went in-person and discussed status on my RX, they said they are waiting for Preauthorization. A week later I go in again and they said they never received the RX ever. I showed them my voice mail saying it was in process. I also told them I spoke with them in-person. But they have no record of the RX!! So back to square one with the DR resending it to them. Their drive thru is constantly closed. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked when refilling another RX what time would it be ready and she snarkly said a few hours. I asked about what time? She said "I told you a few hours". I then asked in "two hours"? She said no... 3 hours. Why didn't she just tell me that in the first place? Instead of being rude and flippant about it!

Best CVS Pharmacy for customer service. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

Don't remember ever being in it before. Needed couple things. Needed rest room. Ask associate walking around where one might be. I got to it and all said out of order!!!Just weird that employees didn't know this. Check out ok. Looks like mainly use self check out. There was a cashier behind plexiglass who said hello.

It's probably the most unorganized, rude excuse of a pharmacy. I have had many situations where they will over supply me on things like pain killers, things I don't need every single day, then when it comes to the things I need to take every day, it seems like they can't find where it is or they didn't inform me that when they say it'll be ready later that day, they really mean it will be ready a few days later. I called to change pharmacies and expressed my distaine for the employees and how they operate, the woman I was speaking to proceeded to tell me that the pharmacy is perfect and hung up on me. Sounds perfect to me for sure.

Doctor office calls in a scrip and you go to pick it up and they tell you they are waiting for Doctor authorization! What the *** the Doctor's office called it in ! Then talk to a so called Manager and he tells you it has to be approved by insurance! I call bulls*** ! DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU NEED YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FAST!!!!

Every time I've come here the pharmacists are always rude and act like they're too busy to help. Very poor customer service.
