I've used H&R Block for 7 straight years and this will be the final year I use them after working with this location. Atrocious service. Which I could forgive if they were competent tax pros, but they are not. Absolute misery working with the staff here. Go to another location or use another company altogether.

Had a scheduled appointment and that did not happen. Anytime I call to actually talk to a real person, takes forever and normally tell me the person I need to talk to isn't there

Took our taxes in 3 weeks ago, was told they would take 1-1 1/2 weeks and never heard back, checked in today and they hadn’t even been touched. I get they are low staff but not getting any sort of update was unprofessional. Will not be returning that’s for sure, glad we didn’t end up paying over $400 for service

Patricia has been doing my taxes for the past few years. She is knowledge, friendly and always looking for ways to help me keep as much of my income as I can. She spends the time to look into things, explains things well and is pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this office and Patricia to friends.
