“Cora-Lee was very professional, polite and a hoot to talk to! We had been with AAA for 20 some odd years, and was getting no where with them and couldn't even get our agent to call us back! She called us due to an email I sent, got our information and the next day we had new insurance that was over a $2100.00 savings! Thank you so much for all of your help! And then we decided to change insurance companies, and this company jacked out of $800 that the State of Michigan was giving back to residents, and because we decided to change insurance companies, they screwed us by cutting our insurance 1 minute before the end of the last day for the refund!!!! So therefore, forget my previous comment, as the will help you until they have to give back what is owed. Stay away from Safeco Insurance, they screwed their customers.”
