What an antique looking Kroger here. They didn't even have the Huan Fung green top brand sriracha here. Isn't that basic table consignment by now? . :(

This store is So disgusting. I walked in. I walked out strong smell of seafood, meat selection is horrible shop somewhere else.

The customer service at this location is amazing because of the store manager Kryletta. The store is usually very clean and well-stocked as they can be considering product shortages and the normal supply chain issues of the world right now. I can always find very nice produce, and the older guys at the meat counter are always amazing as well. The first time I came to the store, I did not receive the best customer service, but after talking to the store manager all of that changed. Kryletta always has a smile on her face and it's very apparent that she treats the employees very well because they all seem to respond well to her when she's around them.

DONNA was the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. I tried to use a coupon for eggs, this was at self checkout. I tried to use the coupon but it was not working. So I called over the employee, her name was Donna. She said that the coupon was already used. I said no it has not been. Yet she said it was and walked away. So then after I payed I saw it was not used. I tried to tell her that it was not used as I added up the total and it added up and total was what it would be without the coupon. She said that it was used. I tried to show her that it was not but she said it was and then walked away after I told her that. She then went on and came back and told me there was nothing she could do. She then started YELLING AT ME when I asked her why she said that was not her issue she looked away then walked away.

Produce is consistently MOLDY on the shelves. Visible dust bunnies and dirt clusters on the floor and near vents. Lines are long and in a terrible place that intercedes the aisles and walk-ways. This is the closest grocery store to my house but I actively go out of my way to avoid shopping here due to lack of hygiene. Simply gross. Shame since it's in such a central area.

Utter nonsense. I've attempted to purchase items from the deli counter. I have had zero luck. Today I went in at 11:48 a.m. and with zero other customers at the counter being waited on, one employee walked right in front of me twice with no acknowledgement of my existence while the other poor soul was at the back row of the slicers slicing processed meats like she was working in a sweatshop and wasn't allowed to look up from her assigned task. After waiting about 2-3 minutes, went to the store on 21 and Card and the deli was busier but I was acknowledged immediately and got my items in a timely manner. This store can do everyone a favor and close the deli counter- on the surface it appears they have no desire to run it to begin with. But if you must go to the Deli Counter,Come prepared with a squirt gun or a loaf of French bread to toss in the employees direction to get the employees attention.

So glad I found this place! Everything is made fresh in house. The Chocolate rolls are really good! The cranberry oats bread was weird for me but my husband loved it.

If I could give this place NO star or 0 star, that's what'd I'd choose. As I walked into the front door, an employee started to yell 'NO NO we are closed no no no' ... & at that moment to my knowledge from what I just had googled, they were closing at 11..... I'm trying to be understanding here because of the pandemic hours changing. But because of my situation & the fact that I walked in & had 10 minutes before they actually did close... all I really wanted was 1 loaf of bread to make some toast from being ill & throwing up all day. When finally gathering energy to get up and get myself something to eat, I was told no. Like really ?Ro

Placed a curbside order and they called just before my pick up time to tell me that it had been delayed by 2 hours. Texted when I was on my way for the time slot and then again when I got there. 30 minutes later in their parking lot, they come out (after another call tried to find out what was taking so long) to tell me that they literally had none of the things that I had ordered. I don’t understand how you don’t tell someone that you are unable to complete their order before they waste hours waiting for you.

I want to say first I have been a longtime customer. Last week at this store I went to purchase shrimp. I asked the gentleman behind the counter for 2lbs of shrimp. He said may I ask when you are going to cook it I said today then asked why did he ask and he said because you can just go get those over there in the freezer section. I said but I want these he then replied something is wrong with your head. I asked him to be sure did you say that there is something wrong with my head? He said yes it’s the same thing. I said but I asked you for these. It was upsetting I had to leave. Then yesterday I ordered groceries from the store for pickup today at 7 pm only to be told that they would have to move my order to tomorrow. I advised that I could not do so because I work the next couple of days. I spoke with the manager asked if I was able to get a gift card and do my shopping myself was told no. I advised him of my above experience he had no comment at all. He just apologized and said there was nothing he could do. It would be sad to leave Kroger as a who,e for a company but if this is how you treat your valued customers I don’t want to give you my money. I never asked for a discount I simply asked for what I paid for and I think that was the least they could do for their failure to honor my order that is prepaid.

picked up a clicklist order this evening to get home to find my raspberries and blackberries that were handed to me were moldy how upsetting in a waste of money is that I'm sure you wouldn't purchase or buy them for yourself whoever was my picker!!called to discuss amd was told to call back in am?!?! wow amd i switched krogers thinking this one was better..all mushed and white mold!! Disgusted!
